Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

The food,drinks and service are exceptional. The pace of the meal was excellent. Great job,keep up the good work.

Our server, Ashley, was fantastic! Took our guests visiting from Texas and they rated it one of their favorites of all the places we dined during their stay.

Place is good this 1st time my steak came out not right they made a new one and it was a lot better. Besides that place is great service too.

Back room turned out -effect....Ashley was excellent and our meals were delicious, especially the chopped sirloin! Thx!

I've eaten here before, but unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely subpar. The service was practically nonexistent, and the fish was cold and lacked flavor. I booked this restaurant for my family for a celebration and unfortunately was a disappointmen overall. I believe in you Hyde Park I've had better quality in the past, which is why I chose this for our family And taking the time to leave this review. This is how we move forward positively to impact the overall experience for all customers. thank you in advance for the chance to submit this review.

Leslie was our server, she and Ashley were amazing. The other support staff was very accommodating as well. All of our food was cooked to perfection. We haven't been in a while due to going to other restaurants and this was a nice welcome back.

The food was wonderful. The service was fantastic. There were four couples in the party and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Went tonight to celebrate my mother's 93rd birthday. The Manager, Waiter and lobby/reception area couldn't be nicer. The Chef brought out something special to add to our celebration. Everyone treated us Royal. Food was AMAZING! This place is Nothing but the best. We left stuffed and thrilled we made a great choice in where to celebrate. They even had a special menu made up for my mother with a happy 93rd birthday printed on it. She was thrilled. We will always remember this night.

Food was pretty consistent as usual . However I've been coming here for over and service has slowly declined. This time our plates took forever to clear , we had to stack dirty plates while eating our main course since no one took them. Then was told that our son's birthday dessert will be coming out but we he could not share it. Telling me he couldn't share it with his little sister is not ok. Our cocktails were empty for the entire main course and no one ever came back so we could order a new one while we ate. Then after we had to order a separate huge sundae for our 3 year old since we were told we couldnt share his sundae since it was free for his birthday. This is not the hyde park service we used to always get here.

We were there celebrating my wife's and daughter's birthdays and we were treated like royalty! Everything was absolutely perfect and my wife said that it was the best steak that she has ever had. It was the perfect evening.

An unusual somewhat disappointing meal this time. Bday celebration and staff was wonderful with both service and providing a bday card and free dessert. Had a nice bottle of Nebbiolo at a reasonable price. But both entrees were disappointing. One of us had Halibut which came out incredibly dry. It was replaced and taken off the bill, which was appreciated, but we'd have preferred a properly cooked item to begin with. The other had lamb chops. These were excellent on previous occasions, but not this time. Only one of the three chops had the taste/texture I've enjoyed previously. The two others were tougher and far less flavorful. Again, the disappointing entrees were very unusual. Not something we've ever experienced before and will not keep us from coming back.

Steaks were cooked to perfection as always. Side dishes were excellent as well. Service was outstanding that includes the manager system manager and our server Clint.  Well done.

This was our first sibling dinner and along with the company, the food, service and drinks were phenomenal.

The food was outstanding. The service from the waiter was not up to previous visits. The waiter did not mention any dinner specials. He did not bring out a dessert menu. Yes, we were celebrating a birthday, and a free dessert was delivered. It would have been nice if the waiter offered coffee. We have been coming to Hyde Park for several years and enjoy the experience. This time the service was not what we expected.

We went for a special dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hyde Park do not disappoint. The acknowledged the occasion with a card and special menus. The service was excellent and our meals off the early menu were delicious and a good value. The night was finished with a wonderful complementary anniversary dessert. The only issue was the piano playing in the bar area where we were sitting was too loud. Overall a great experience.
