Jam-packed on a Saturday evening but food, atmosphere, and especially service was on point. Erica took great care of us, her recommendations and suggestions were perfect. Some dishes the group loved were the cheddar biscuits (of course), whipped feta, blackened shrimp capellini, and butternut squash carbonara.

I ate here for the second time yesterday and it was just fantastic! Such a clean restaurant and amazing food. The server we had yesterday I apologize I can’t remember her name but this particular day she had lost her voice but she didn’t let that stop her! She gave us great service and great menu recommendations!! She was so friendly and attentive!! Amazing food and amazing service here!!

Everything was so good!! Came with a friend Thursday at noon!! Wonderful hostess. Everyone is so attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious from the biscuits to the fish and chips and more! Drinks were amazing and so were the bartenders! The Owner made sure everything was going smoothly! Had such a good time!

Go to the Westlake Ohio location instead of the PineCrest location!! The east side location is dirty, chaotic and lacking service. Quac & queso was two tablespoons of guacamole, maybe 10 chips and a cup of queso cheese…….Fries were loaded with salt, no silverware, our servicer chatted with two men for a long time while we sat with food and no silverware.

The food was delicious and the biscuits are a must try! Our server was great and she was very accommodating. I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Nick, because I called ahead requesting a minor accommodation because my friends and I were fasting for Ramadan and he truly went above and beyond with service! I had an amazing experience last night with my cousins. I want to sincerely thank D the manager for coming through with the phenomenal attention and service!! We will definitely be back!!
$76.98 for two entrees, two drinks and an appetizer. (Not including tip) Things I liked about this place included the ambiance, paper straws instead of plastic, and the food was delicious. What I didn't like was the small portion sizes, especially the tiny $12 cauliflower appetizer, which is supposedly meant for sharing. I also didn't care for not having coasters under our drinks with wooden tables as we constantly had little puddles of water ? the waitress was nice but I didn't like that she set my drink on my menu directly in front of my while I was looking at it instead of to my right or left side. Anyhow, the food was delicious but a little overpriced for portions in my opinion. We had the salmon and fish and chips, which were both great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I cannot recommend this spot highly enough. I have gone for brunch and dinner. Both times service was fast and exceptional. Must get the biscuits when you go, they taste amazing and super buttery. Drinks are very tasty and unique.

Our first experience, despite an hour for a table was nonetheless positive. Both front and back of the house were on point and provided exceptional food and service. BTW, the biscuits w/ honey butter really are a thing, and are not to be overlooked.
