Great takeout spot in Beachwood . I ordered the turkey chop dinner with mashed potatoes and greens as the sides. The turkey was fresh and cooked perfectly but didn’t have much flavor but the sides were excellent! I would definitely come again and give something else a try!

The food tastes very different from the way it did 6 months ago. Idk who had the horrible idea of putting cinnamon in the cornbread, it was nasty. And the cabbage has no flavor or seasoning. Its just frustrating.

Food is Good! Turkey chops perfectly cooked all the Time, But I Drove there multiple times referred people to the place but it’s Hit or Miss if u call or pull up. Nobody’s there....understaffed Google says open and they don’t even be open. At least set up a Voicemail or update the hours

I can’t spend $18 on a meal when the customer service is TRASH! I don’t care if it’s good or not. Went to Krave Saturday night, 11/13, and the little girl at the counter was a mess. Had her phone on speaker talking and cussing while I’m standing there waiting for my order. Who does that??? Literally complaining about customers! What??? I try to support “us,” especially with them being in Beachwood, but I can’t support this! I can just go to a hood spot and get some good food and pay less if I’m going to have to deal with this. I don’t know if it’s just this generation that finds no honor in good customer service or what. The first time I tried this place it was ok. After this episode I won’t be back!

I really can't say enough about Kraves soul food it has the most delicious food. So much so that I am hoping that I can have them to cater my Christmas dinner. The mac and cheese is to die for and the turkey chops are amazing.

I chose the Pork Chop dinner with Mac n Cheese, Dressing for my sides. My food was made to order, HOT, and ready when I walked in. They have nice sturdy plastic ware, great reusable carry out containers and RED’s Hot sauce!!!!!The pork chops were nice and tender and tasty. The Mac n Cheese was good but the dressing was a little too sweet for me. I prefer more sage in mine but it was good enough to eat.I forgot to take pics.

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. It looks like the staff/owner may actually read these, which is good. Your staffs customer service skills lost you another customer.I’ve read the other reviews and I don’t need to repeat what’s already been said. I’d be surprise if this place is still around by 2022. However food is good, and no disrespect to the cooks. Just basically restaurant customer service skills need to learned and implemented.
Food was Hot tasty and seasoned to perfection they definitely gained another customer! Food was FIRE!! And reasonable.

I made a google account to review just to rate this place. I usually never complain , hence me just making an account. If you want to save your time and sanity stay far away from this place. The food was bland and not real soul food. A watered down excuse for food. The service was EXCEPTIONALLY terrible. The workers were eating behind the counter and my food took very very long to come out, when the place was NOT busy at all. I had called and asked if my order was ready and was given attitude by the worker. The worst place stay far far away

Ok I tried fried chicken wings, green, Mac cheese also oxtails rice cabbage corn muffin and bananas pudding with a price tag of 44.00 dollars with a 6.00 dollar tip. After I order was told to wait in my car and they will bring food out it took about 15 minutes all the food was bland had no soul not even salt or pepper and the worst banana pudding I have ever had I will never return to this restaurant and would never recommend to anyone else I also would suggest they drop soul food restaurant from their name.

everything was good , and this is one of my favorite soulfood spots. the only thing is they run out a lot of food and the greens were way to spicy . otherwise it’s a nice establishment.

Oxtails were ok, yams had way to much nutmeg, no gravy on anything but oxtails. Dressing, mashed potaoes, smothered pork chop NO GRAVY? R U SERIOUS? I had to come home make gravy, cook a yam to mix in with theirs, and reseason the greens that were dry? i have been searching for a good soul spot, guess none in Cleve ex
