The food is usually pretty good but the service here is awful and I won't be using this store anymore. You can't trust the estimate the site gives you (I've waited over an hour previous times) and I was cutting it close on my lunch break so I called before ordering to ask whether I could expect the food within 40 minutes. The guy that answered said I should get my food before that so I went ahead placed an online order at 6:41. I drove out to the store and waited inside. The first cashier asked for my name and said my food wasn't ready. Okay. At about 7:14, a second guy asks for my name and walks back to where they're making pizzas. I could hear them talking about my order and gathered that the food hadn't made it to the oven, yet. He walks back and asks if I can wait another 10 minutes. I asked him to cancel the order because I had to be back at work before that. Wasted my break, gas and had to find snacks for the remainder of my shift.

Ummmm rude af staff. 😒 we ordered through the marcos site and they forgot our salad. Their solution was for us to come pick it up. Umm no we paid for delivery. Deliver it or refund. Lady puts us on hold for forever. Then her rude af I'm assumming manager comes on and aggressively says we either pick it up or refund because they aren't delivering just 1 salad. What customer service 🙄 😑 Your staff needs better training on making orders correctly and basic politeness. And we better see that refund in "2-3 business days".

Edit on 9/20/24: I filled out a feedback form as we have not received a refund for our salad. I expect to hear back and get a refund. Very sad the staff lied about refunding us to get us off the phone.

Edit on 9/26/24: The GM of this store,George, emailed me back in response to my feedback form. He apologized, said he would talk to his staff and said he would not only refund the salad, but my whole order. Unfortunately, we haven't received a refund for anything still even after emailing the GM back twice now. 😕 Was I lied to again?

Edit on 10/23/24: contacted BBB to try and get my money back awhile ago. Still have heard nothing. Let this be a warning to any who wish to spend money here. I never will again.

Phone ringing the entire 45 minutes that I waited for an order I was told would take 25 minutes. Several customers walked in and were not greeted or served. Staff stayed away from cash register and didn’t acknowledge anyone. SMH. I won’t be back. Read several similar reviews before posting this, so this must be the acceptable standard.

I'm extremely impressed at the service I received today from Genevieve. Mind you, I stopped in during a lunch rush and had not yet ordered my food, but she was accommodating and quickly took my order to make sure I received my food promptly.

By the way, the pizzas were incredibly delicious. I've worked in the food industry before, so I understand how stressful it can be to have people lined up out the door with online orders pouring in. Genevieve even happily came out of the kitchen during the rush to help the other girl who was ringing me up as she was having trouble allowing me to manually type in my credit card number. She had a smile on her face and was a pleasure to do business with.

I had to come on here and give Genevieve a shout out because she was so patient and kind, and highly recommend Marco's Pizza because of her and I will certainly be back!

Ordered online for 6PM pickup for a party. Ordered 2 hours ahead of requested time. Arrived to pickup a little after 6PM and told me 20-25 min wait. Gave no reason why food wasn’t ready. It’s 6:50 and still no pizza! Unbelievable! Marcos you have failed!

Parking: Because this store is in a semi shopping mall complex, parking can be very scarce. It just depends on the time of day YOU come to shop or eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: This facility is not wheelchair accessible unless You are in a very small narrow wheelchair.

It’s a local pizza shop, but I have to say they’re the nicest people in there and they work very hard and they work as a team. I went in for a pizza and wings and a salad because I had such a craving for four days. It wasn’t even funny. And this Marco’s location definitely hit the spot!

Parking: It’s a large parking lot. Their location isn’t the same strip mall area of Giant Eagle so definitely watch when you walk across to go to the location.. lock your cars up.

Thought, I try them again. I recently had Marco's pizza on the Westside of Cleveland and it was absolutely delicious. So, I decided to order in my own neighborhood. Nothing has changed. Pizza was horrible, one undercooked, the other overcooked. Both terrible tasting. And same ole nasty customer service.
