Can't make a good pizza to save their lives. Every time I order at this location the food is horrible. Order from Avon, some of the best pizza. Order from Beachwood chagrin, horrible. I don't understand what's so hard about making pizza at this location.

I did the survey with Marcos pizza for a free cheesy bread and everytime I try to add it it's not valid through delivery or pick up. Its just a scam to get people to do the survey. You will not get the free cheesy bread. That is false advertising

I wasn’t refunded my money. They told me my money would go under my phone number. I told them I wasn’t from this area and I asked if it would go for all Marco’s pizza he said yes. So when I got back home a couple days later I went to order the pizza and of course nothing is under my phone number, which is really shitty because I spent around $43 on items that we’re not even given to me. Just kind of upset about this situation. It was just a waste of money.

I will NEVER order from here again! So I ordered a pizza and Buffalo wings and a Buffalo sauce cup on the side. First, the pizza tasted funny. Next, the wings were the tiniest chicken wings I have ever seen and they were ICE cold when I took them out to eat them right after being delivered. I redress a Buffalo sauce cup but was delivered a ranch cup instead. When I called the store to talk about the errors in his order, the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns. He just halfheartedly apologized and did NOTHING to make it right. I wan my money back. This was disgusting!
