I love Nordstrom Grill. I feel it is very overlooked. The service is always great, menu options are abundant and the food is delicious. Fresh and cooked to order. It never disappoints!!

I was shopping at the mall and decided get something to eat walk in Nordstrom grill for lunch. Manager goes to me what can I help you with rush tone seems like I was bothering him . Remember they just open a few minutes ago. Let me tell you that place needs help . Decor furniture from 2002 they haven’t updated nothing , food is basic like regular fast food dinner. It’s great location perfect to have that restaurant but it seems like Denys not NORDSTROM customers very poor very disappointed from that restaurant.

Definitely too expensive but there are go to favorites that you'll definitely crave. Turkey avocado BLT. Cookie skillet dessert. Green goddess salmon salad. Super glad that we still have a throwback department store Cafe that feels special ♥️
Service was slow. Waited an excessive amount of time for food. Soup was lousy. Server said she would take it off the bill but did not and we had to get a manager to correct it. This place is not want it once was.

Always a great lunch break and a bit of a luxury! The concept of an upscale lunch while out shopping was a staple of years past, but my wife and I come here just for lunch, and skip the shoes and housewares, etc.Service is superb (thank you to Sean, Michael, and others) and its always a struggle to pick just one dish. The Halibut and chips is "fish and chips" but it's the best prepared version in town. Calamari- excellent; sandwiches - excellent; salads, with fresh prepared shrimp or grilled chicken - excellent! For brunch - eggs Benedict- again, excellent!Great selection of wines by the glass or bottle.A perfect afternoon.

EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING as always. Our server Kim was sweet and fantastic. Our glasses were always full and her recommendation of the special shrimp burger was great. Loved it! It was delicious! Everyone there is so welcoming and the food is always so good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ NORDSTROM Grill is one of our favorite places. The food is consistently great, delicious, made with care and high quality, fresh ingredients... and always presented beautifully. We love the wonderful staff here and each one is OUTSTANDING and just as nice and welcoming. Everyone here goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. We drive 40 minutes from the west side of town because it's SO worth the trip and each visit is such a pleasure.

Usually I enjoy eating here, but today I wasn’t thrilled with our lunch choices, the Nordstrom Grille burger, kids macaroni and cheese and chicken tenders did not really impress. I’m not in a hurry to return but I assume I will try it again down the line. I felt my money could have been better spent elsewhere.
Brought my son for the first time. Hoping for a great shopping- dinner experience. Food was cold. We asked for no pickles in his sandwich he got plenty. They had only one waitress serving 6 tables. I don’t think I will come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Everything was great! Chaun was a terrific server... efficient, professional and so nice. We really love coming to NORDSTROM Grill from the west side of town.... Not just for the fresh and delicious food but for the entire staff who are all very warm, welcoming and accommodating. We try to come back as often as we can.

Have eaten here several times over the years and am amazed that I have never had a meal that was anything other than outstanding. The meals are not inexpensive but that is what one would expect to pay for fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The person I was with had some dietary restrictions and requested some ingredients be left out of her salad and her salad came out as she requested with the salmon, as she commented, being some of the best she ever has eaten. I ate less healthy and had the crispy chicken sandwich. Was a very messy sandwich but worth it. The fries as well as the chicken while fried were not greasy.
