Olive Garden is an Italian restaurant that is usually known for its never ending Breadsticks with Salad or Soup with any meal. Their brand is usually so reliable you'll get the experience you expect at any time or place you go. I have been to this location three times. I've been seated in 3 different sections, had 3 different servers and ordered different items each time. The atmosphere of the store is a little older than most OG stores, but that just gives it charm. The food, for the most part, is as you would expect it to be. Service here is challenging. It would appear they are fully staffed, but it seems like the servers are overworked. Food tends to make it to the table barely warm, instead of hot from the kitchen. So essentially your food has gone cold before you are halfway through it. My biggest gripe however is not any of the above. They have these little handheld Parmesan cheese graters and the server is supposed to give you an option for grated cheese on food items they bring to the table. Good luck with that. One night I was told the store only had ONE grater available in the whole building because all of the others were broken. The next time, we never saw it even though it was requested. Another evening, my poor server was beside himself just trying to keep up while others stood idle in the background, and he just kept forgetting to bring it to the table, but was kind enough to get it. I felt almost bad for even asking as this guy was doing a heck of a job by himself. I was surprised he never dropped a plate, so we gave him an exceedingly generous tip. I feel this location could benefit from some management training to bring it up to par with the other locations in the greater Cleveland area.

Curb side pick up… took longer than it should… one woman working take out… the other refused… food sat in bag getting cold on table. They were particularly busy for Christmas Eve… someone else started helping me… then stopped and went away. IDK why the person working with those coming in couldn’t help me??? Obviously they could be more efficient… portion size smaller than usual… although not less money. Bread sticks were warm… everything else cooled considerably.

We recently just moved to Cleveland and I’ve always been a fan of Olive Garden but found really disappointed by everything here. Food was salty and covered in oil like they are their own recipes from all other locations. Servers don’t know where food goes with one of them had attitudes. Completely no service at all other than serving and taking away dishes. They don’t even check to see if the utensils are clean before they wrapped in the napkins.

The food was good, but we were so COLD we had to dine with our coats on!!!!

Our server/ bartender was great, but the food was terrible. I was surprised a manager actually delivered my dish and not checking the quality and presentation of the dish. it looked like it had been under the heat lamp for hours. I had the tour of Italy and the fettuccine was stuck to the plate. The lasagna was awful. It was pasty. It was no TASTE just a really bad experience. In my opinion.

Took over half an hour to get my food for pickup. When I inquired about it, they seemed lost, like I didn't place an order even though I had proof.
