Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Took over half an hour to get my food for pickup. When I inquired about it, they seemed lost, like I didn't place an order even though I had proof.

A very nice place for a sit-down meal. DS was very good and our server had a great attitude and was very attentive.

I went there to eat at the bar around 7 pm The server did not clean the counter, I was waiting for s long time to see if he was organizing the kind of service at that place didn't look appealing, all the bar tables were dirty. I had to get up and leave

To Go order of lasagna with minestrone soup. Called first time and upon making sure I had the correct Olive Garden, was told hold for a moment and they never came back. Called second time and before I could give the order was told hold on for a moment, took them 3 minutes to come back. I asked what comes with the lasagna and was placed on hold again for about 3 minutes. I finally placed the order and was told pick up at 8:50, order finally came out about 9:00, The lasagna was cold, the breadsticks cold, minestrone hot but it was mostly liquid, not much substance. Hardly any beans at all. Lasagna had one clump of meat and the rest red sauce. No utensils in the bag, had to find some from the hotel. Have not had an issue with other Olive Gardens. This one sucked.

We loved the Olive Garden, but had not been there for a while. The food was terrible--could not finish it. Even the salad, and breadsticks were not as good.

They undercooked my daughter's steak. The waitress was polite but frequently did not being us the refills and items we requested. She was more interested in being in the kitchen then on the floor. This is quite possibly the last time I will ever go to the olive garden.

It's been too long between visits. Soup, salad and lasagna was very good. Richmond and Harvard.

I don’t recommend this restaurant. Very dirty. The service was polite but inefficient/sloppy. I could write a novella about the craziness that was our visit. Let’s just say no adults are in charge at this location and there’s no pride in the running of this business.
