Loved the food—it was really great! Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals and not a single person had a complaint. However, the service was rough, and I want to make it clear this was NOT the fault of our server. Our server, Natasha, was very friendly and did her best, but the hostess sat two large parties (10+ people each) at the exact same time—ours included. Naturally, that made things overwhelming. To make matters worse, no other servers stepped in to help, even when food and drinks were clearly ready. Natasha was great and very apologetic, but the way seating was managed and the lack of teamwork definitely hurt the experience.

Nice atmosphere rooftop was beautiful food is good when you’re done you can take a stroll to the movies
Horrible service, as there was none. Only kind person was the manager. Uneven lanes, no organization, lack of ball size options. The main complaint reason was that we sat at 5:10pm to bowl, got water and then our waitress disappeared. We hit the service button 3 separate times with nobody coming to take our drink order, it then hit 5:42pm so we then went to the bar and stood there for 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement. I mentioned this to the girl up front who, seemed clueless as to how to help. Paid lots of $ to bowl and definitely won’t be coming back here.

We have been here a couple times but we won’t be back. We love to bowl and this is just not the place to do it. The balls are old and beaten up, the lanes are not well maintained, and the ball returns take forever. It’s a clever concept for a group gathering, but we all left feeling like we got taken for a ride ($40 an hour per lane). There must be a decent place to bowl in Cleveland and we will be looking for it.

I was visiting for my nieces birthday. I didn't eat, nothing on the menu drew me in to try it. I did have a margarita... it was okay but I've had better. The bowling was fun to watch my 7yo daughter and niece play. Other than that nothing special for Me. Not saying anything negative about this place... however I do like the casual atmosphere
