My friend couldn't join me at the last minute, I decided to keep the reservations. I explained to the hostess, she thanked me for keeping the reservation. My server Candace was great! I told her why I was there (completed my MS) and my friend couldn't join but I still wanted to celebrate. Candace, congratulated me gave me Keto friendly suggestions to order. Making my solo celebration a memorable one! She even invited me to come for brunch with my husband next time.

Candace was amazing and the food was phenomenal. The atmosphere was also wonderful. I will be back soon. If you haven't tried it yet. Try the chicken, avocado sandwich simply the best.

Food took forever, much longer than others around us. Server was never around nor checked in on us. I feel like staff just stand in groups out of sight chatting rather than giving good service. Maybe the guaranteed 20% gratuity does this. I don't know. My food was very good.

Our server was very inattentive and provided us inaccurate information regarding the Tuesday buy one get one free offer. Food was ok but the prices were kind of high for the quality. The manager did adjust our bill but our bad experience really left a bad impression and ruined our son's birthday celebration where we hoping to enjoy a nice dinner on the patio.

I always enjoy the buffet at pinstripes. It was a little odd for our server to be so misplaced and absent for it seems they only had to take drink orders and cash out. None the less, great time. Will always come back

I had 2 concerns: The older female hostess was not pleasant and informed me that because I booked through open table my large group had no preference for the first floor dining. The male host (probably manager) was awesome and accommodating to our needs. Waitress was a little off but I've had her before and the crowd/needs may have been a little too much that day for her. My second issue was the price. I called after booking and inquired about the cost and informed the buffet was $35 and that children under 5 were free. However the bill stated $45 and the buffet was no different than the usual. Other than that food was great! Ambience was great! I will be back!

We had an amazing time at Pinstripes!!! A large group to begin with (12) but then 4 more showed up. No worries they said, and they got us seated about 10 min after arrival. Food was good, portion sizes too. Our waitress was incredible. I am going to see if I can find that receipt cause I wanna put her down by name! She did an amazing job with talking care of all of us, all by herself! We plan to be back again for future visits!!!

I made the reservation a few weeks in advance and confirmed a day or so before. When I arrived they did not have a table for us. After a short wait, they found a table and brought us over. The table was still dirty. We had to stand and wait again for it to be cleaned. Once cleaned, they placed the menus on the wet table. I had to ask for them to dry it off. The beginning of my experience was not good. However, the server was very nice and the food was good which is why I graded as a 3 star.
The food was okay.. The brunch was better when I went that's why I came back but this time the food was just ok
