The host at the door called me and canceled my reservation 15 mins before my group was suppose to arrive instead of calling in advance letting me know they couldn’t accommodate my party! Very unprofessional! Wouldn’t recommend this place

Reserved a lane for party of 4. No server for first 20 mins. Piled up dirty dishes all around from prior groups. Hit the service button on the kiosk, no response. Request ended up timing out. Finally ordered food but 50 mins later no sign of the server , no updates. Our time on the lane expired. If you go , bring your own food. There was 0 effort to monitor our experience while we were there to spend some money.

The place was overall pretty great! Had a lot of fun bowling. The food tasted quite good as well. The only downside was it seemed the lane that we were on wasn't oiled properly. Still seem like a great place though.

Cool spot. Bowling was fun. It was winter, so the outdoor terraces were not open. Was also there as part of a large group, so food wasn't great. Might be much better if you're just with a few people and you ordered direct.

I’ve been here twice and both times were awful Today the service was horrible. We sat 15 minutes waiting for drinks and she never came back to ask us if we wanted more. Ended up leaving due to poor service. In the middle of the day too, not even busy.

My wife and I recently met with some friends of ours at the Pinstripes Sunday brunch buffet. It was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious. They have multiple separate stations set up with various offerings, including an omelette station, pastries, croissants, bagels and bread, all of the usual meats with really tasty sauages and bacon, waffles, and a lot more. I have eaten at many breakfast/brunch buffets all over the country, and I can honestly say that this one is as good, if not better, than any other I have had. The coffee and orange juice were also very good. Our server was very attentive and this appeared to be the case throughout the restaurant. And the atmosphere is very pleasant, not loud or noisy. We all had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we lost track of time and were sitting there for nearly 2 hours, at which point we were politely nudged out the door, which was perfectly justified because there was a long line of patrons waiting to be seated. This buffet was so good that we went back the following Sunday and had the same great experience. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed a paint night experience at Pinstripes with, “Artist at Heart Paint Party”. This was my first time at Pinstripes.
WOW what an amazing place! Our group event was on the 2nd floor and I had a fantastic time.
I did not eat anything here so I can not rate the food but I did have a glass (or two) of wine.
The server/bartender JORDAN! Geesh, this guy was AMAZING!!
Jordan was the first person I ran into when I walked into the restaurant. I asked him where the paint party was and he was so welcoming and warm. He served the entire group and didn’t not leave anyone’s glass dry or in want of anything.
I often go to happy hours at different locations twice a month so I’ve been around a few service employees. I hope that Pinstripes knows the value they have in Jordan.
He is top notch, attentive to details, and sets the bar high!

The Cleveland restaurant is nice and the service is good. We purchased gift cards since we are regular customers. Unfortunately, one of the gift cards was never activated according to the Cleveland location, and we confirmed the same result when checking the balance online. We have emailed the corporate contact address, but have not received any response. It has been more than two months. Please respond and help resolve this issue. Thank you.
