My wife and I returned to celebrate our Anniversary and Valentines Day. As usual, we were not disappointed. Absolutely recommend for special occasion and/or regular dining. We will definitely return again and again and..... Highly recommend the very dirty martini.

Nice quiet place, definitely good for business, date night, anniversaries and such. Service was great, and food was very good

So this review is not going to give you a great breakdown of the possibilities of the restaurant as we came here solely for dessert (we did have one appetizer, their special bruschetta with artichokes - it was really good). As far as the desserts - really disappointing. We tried 3 desserts: 1 - Black Tea Honey Cake - it was ok; 2 - Opera Torte, was also ok; and 3 - Pear Tart - really disappointing, the taste of star anise was so overpowering, we had to send it back. Kuddos to our server for taking it off the bill. Speaking of service, really good and timely. Red might be great for steaks and I can't comment on that but definitely will not be back for desserts

We had a great experience, they made modifications to fit our dietary restrictions & the food was very tasty. If you have a reservation on a busy night just make sure you give yourself about 5-10 minutes to find parking we weren't prepared and almost missed our reservation (grace period)

I'm a humble non assuming diner. I will leave you with a $50 "seafood platter" to your own interpretation based solely on this picture!

Horrible experience at Red last night for mother in laws 84th birthday. We had a group of 8 and spent over $800. All 8 of us ordered steaks, 1 order was never submitted so he did not receive his meal with the rest of the group. My mother in laws steak was rare and cold. 2 other steaks were prepared rare. The side dishes were cold. Rather than just take care of the problem and prepare the steaks correctly, the waiter said "I need to get the manager". We waited 10 minutes for a manager only to be told he would take care of my mother in laws steak because "being cold" is a problem, whereas the rare steaks were not. They took off 2 of the steaks (the meal that arrived 20 mins late and my husbands rare steak that he took 2 bites from), but we were not looking for comps we were looking for the steaks to be prepared properly. When you are spending $800 that includes automatic gratuity, the expectation is that you will be taken care of. Will never go back to this place. This manager really needs to go back to hospitality training 101.

EXCELLENT!!!! Attended a birthday celebration with about 12 people. We were in a lovely private room. Our waiter Chris C. was fabulous! He was very personable and attentive to every guest. He moved through the room and made sure we had everything we needed. From the beginning to the end--the service was stellar. The food was delicious and eye-appealing, not to mention mouth-watering. I must say he was very patient with our party and answered many questions regarding the menu. He was always right there to refill our glasses, almost magically appearing. Everyone was so pleased with their food choices. The desserts were beautiful as well as delicious!! Overall, a very great night.

Red is a traditional steakhouse. I will start with one of the most disconcerting things. Because we were a party of 6 (considered a large party), I was read a litany of rules and regs that were uninviting (don't do this, can't do that) by a curt young woman. I understand they've probably had issues, but very unwelcoming. The room for our table of 6 was not decorated becomingly and the other guests at the round tables were VERY loud. The acoustics were horrible. We could not talk across the table at all. The food was good but I was disappointed at the choice of steak cuts. We would have loved porterhouse, or tomahawk or t-bones. There were filet, ny strip and Ribeye. The service was great. I think his name was Justin.

Over price. Tastes ok. Too salty, too spicy, too sour. For me personally note. I won't go there for food any more. But great environment and services

First time at RED last night to celebrate a special 20 year anniversary. Fantastic ambiance, great service and delicious dinner. The lobster risotto was great. My spicy margarita was smooooth!!!!

We took my sister and her fiancé out for dinner to celebrate their upcoming marriage this coming weekend. We were very impressed with the quality of the filet. We had a risotto and green beans as a side and of course a Cabernet to tie it all together. Service was impeccable and I would definitely be a regular if we lived in the area. Parking can be hectic but they have valet service available.

Wife and I went here to celebrate her birthday. First time in this location. The place is modern and welcoming, not what I imagined at all. The host was friendly and got us to our seats immediately. When we sat down, we were by the bar, we were greeted by the bartender, who turned out to be our waiter as well. Since we were there earlier (before dinner rush) this wasn't much of an issue. It became evident later-on when the bar filled up and the restaurant got busier that this was a bad idea (hence the 4-stars) The food was amazing. We had calamari for appetizer, it was fresh and not overly coated; Also not greasy, as some places tend to serve them to be. Dinner for me was a ribeye steak while the wife got the NY strip steak. We got the double crisp fingerling and Brussels sprouts. The food was delicious! Steak was cooked the way exactly we wanted them (medium) and the sides were pretty tasty. The potatoes had a rich garlic flavor to it that made it very savory. As a treat, as it was mentioned on our reservation, they brought out the beignets. This caught me off guard, as I assumed it would be "airy" inside....NOPE! It was like a fried pound cake, very dense. It came with 3 dipping sauces, chocolate, caramel and a berry one. Loved the berry dip and the chocolate was okay, Carmel, I could have doubled up on the berry. If you like sweets, make sure to save room for this, because it's very filling. Overall, we'll be back. Not as expensive as I thought it was, and it's very laid-back. Additionally, made for great left-overs the next day and the steak is just as tender!

While we were in town , we visited Red Steakhouse. We were regular customers when we lived in Cleveland and it was nice to visit their new location. Six of us came to dinner, and the food and cocktails were delicious as expected. I ordered a 2017 bottle of Far Niente to share with four of our six guests, I informed our waiter this was to be on a separate bill. Both bills arrived, both with 20% tips added on "automatically " we were not informed and while I accept this on the food bill, I was highly insulted to find this on the bottle of wine. I spoke with the manager who had no decorum and stated this was "the rule" for parties of six or more. What is your point? Over a thousand dollars was gladly spent but our waiter who ignored us for about 20 minutes post dessert, did not deserve a 20% corkage fee.

Ambience is amazing...food is amazing...and Emily the bartender was amazing as well. Such an awesome experience.

Happy with my food and service but my only complaint is that I made a special request for a birthday and that request wasn't met even after I reminded them twice.
