Please wear gloves! Don’t handle food without gloves and nails that are touching my food because even tho they look very pretty - they are definitely full of bacteria underneath. Gloves for food handlers should be mandatory.

I ordered a whole pizza from Sharon through Uber. The pizza I got was raw!! The crust was not a crust. It was almost raw dough! People can get sick from raw dough with not even cooked toppings. I got a refund through uber, but I also called the store to tell them what I recieved. The person I spoke to said he was the store manager and that the general manager was the one who baked it. Do not order from this store. I would not feed the pizza they sent to my dog. This was the Beachwood store.

The general manager had an attitude, did not get me the right drink , did not greet us immediate rudeness and just poor customer service all around
Place to online order on Sbarro website estimated time of pickup was 512 arrived at 5:12 food was not ready greeted with a very unprofessional attitude and after receiving food late never got an explanation or an apology short dark skinned lady pretty much what's the unprofessional one request of the manager what was told there was none
I found the pizza from Sbarro to be excellent, arriving hot and fresh. Sbarro has been a part of my life since childhood, and I cherish every visit I can make.
They are always courteous they are at the restaurant. I love the pizza also.

Being in a mall, it's hard to have a unique experience, but Aaron the GM was very friendly and helpful. The Sbarro app didn't communicate with the store, so they didn't have my order (even though it was emailed to me), but Aaron was helpful and hustled to get my pizzas done. I try to never blame people for things not in their control and *definitely* don't annoy people trying to help me, so it was nice understanding the issue from his side. I now know how to order (phone calls are easiest and most consistent for them) best.

It is one of the few places in the Cleveland area where you can get NY style pizza. A style of pizza I like having lived in NY. It's not the best NY style pizza I've eaten, but it is NY style. They also have NY style cheese cake which is good.
I've eaten their food in the food court. The service was friendly and fast.
I once ordered delivery and it was a terrible experience.
The pizza was cold and the order was missing something I ordered and paid for. I called the location to get a refund and was told I had to call door-dash, even though I ordered the pizza via the Sbarro app. I called door-dash multiple times and left messages. They never called back. I eventually emailed corporate and after emailing them my receipt I got a refund.
Parking: This location is in the food court of a mall. From the closest place to park near it's location it is a walk in the mall to get to it and getting there is confusing unless you've been there before. The entire mall due to its layout is confusing.

I like ny style pizza and sadly this is the only place around. Not once not twice but 4 times I've ordered delivery and an item is missing. The drivers all say the same thing this is all they handed me. So whoever is working there don't pay attention at all. This will be the last time I'll be ordering from Sbarro. Plus customer service is awful they can't ever do anything. They blame doordash right away and I always tell them no it was thru your app, and then they say I gotta call corporate. Which the only way to get a refund is to submit a ticket thru the main website.

Service was awful. The lady making the pizza was extremely aggressive after I requested to get a whole pie instead of getting three slices. She was cursing and yelling at her coworkers and also undercooked the pizza. Once it was ready she just through the box at me over the counter. Would not recommend eating here until management removes her.

They only sell pizza and Stromboli and they give it to you cold
I love Sbarro’s pizza. My kids love Sbarro’s pizza. I don’t really care about anybody else’s opinion, but it’s definitely five stars for me.
