Being in a mall, it's hard to have a unique experience, but Aaron the GM was very friendly and helpful. The Sbarro app didn't communicate with the store, so they didn't have my order (even though it was emailed to me), but Aaron was helpful and hustled to get my pizzas done. I try to never blame people for things not in their control and *definitely* don't annoy people trying to help me, so it was nice understanding the issue from his side. I now know how to...

It is one of the few places in the Cleveland area where you can get NY style pizza. A style of pizza I like having lived in NY. It's not the best NY style pizza I've eaten, but it is NY style. They also have NY style cheese cake which is good.

I've eaten their food in the food court. The service was friendly and fast.

I once ordered delivery and it was a terrible experience.

Slowest people work no sense of urgency or respect for people waiting. Seemed like everyone's 1st day on the job. I times the lady who took out my 2 large cheeses out of the oven...It took her 16 minutes to take them out, place in box, cut and hand them to me.JOSEPH SBARRO would be sick if he knew what is going on at this particular store. I know him and they can expect a visit.
