I love Shake Shack burgers and fries. But my first time having it in Pinecrest.. I ordered the new truffle burger and fries. Burger so small and was burnt (remade it) for the cost. Not worth it. But the truffles fries were good. Fast service and they will make it right if something is wrong.

I will continue to enjoy Shake Shack but I will be avoiding the Pinecrest location due to lack of care or urgency for customers

I was disappointed in the service I received this past weekend and the quality of food. Usually this location is fantastic but this Saturday 10/19/24 when I went in to order the store was not busy at all yet no cashier was insight leaving me to stand at the register for over 5 minutes until I was left with no choice but to use the kiosk to order my burger. There were no order table numbers to grab which was inconvenient. The entire time I waited on food I noticed all the employees were behind the counter joking and laughing not even acknowledging customers coming into the store or waiting at the counter for food. What really upset me was that my sandwich that I ordered for takeout was not made right with the add ons I put in the instructions and paid for which is unacceptable. The cooks need to be more mindful and read orders fully when preparing meals and there needs to always be a cashier at the register stationed there, not everyone wants to use a kiosk.

The cheeseburger 🍔 I had was pretty good but the bread gets soggy fast and also there’s no seasoning on the hamburger patties,, cheese fries was pretty good but I LOOOOVVVEEEE the peach 🍑 tea!!!! (Also my daughter patty was half done and not well done) very cold in the dining area!!!!!

Team members swearing and cracking jokes on the fry line. Acting very unprofessional. It’s clear whoever is in charge is not in charge. The place is dirty and the atmosphere is disappointing especially for the price you pay for the food. Cussing is not a language.
