Shake Shack Pinecrest

I wasnt impressed. They are fairly expensive for what they offer. The burger was thrown together, fries were bland/overly cooked and my milkshake was just fair. Service was very slow and the establishment wasn't clean. I most likely won't be returning

I got the French onion burger single and the new peppermint bark chocolate shake and the onion rings and I was very disappointed with all of it. The burger is absolutely not worth 13 bucks. The shake is basically a chocolate shake and the onion rings were okay. The best part of the meal were the French fries and even those didn't impress me all that much. For what they charge I don't understand why they're not better.

They were so sorry to hear about my recent experience that their incentive to get me to return was a $15 credit after spending well over $50. So first you insult me with food that was absolutely not worth your inflated prices and then you insult me with customer service that served no one but yourselves. No thanks. I had a Whopper at the Cedar Road Burger King the other day (that showed up warmer), was quite delicious, and didn't cost me an arm. Oh and I could actually tell the toppings apart. And that's Burger King. So yeah Shake Shack you're failing.

Excellent burger. My only suggestion would be to have employees taking orders instead of the only option being a kiosk.
Not too far from the parking garage.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food we received from Shake Shack on this order. The burger was burnt to the point that it was crumbling like a cookie, and it wasn’t edible at all. In addition, none of the toppings we ordered were included.

We order from here often, and given the cost — especially with delivery — we expect the food to be prepared with care and to meet the usual quality standards. This experience was extremely frustrating and far below what we’re used to.

Amiga in the front was nice people and was awesome and handle her customer service right even though yall had young teen agers try bully people it’s was good I think we should pay more attention to that as they do come in a pack and Pinecrest hasn’t handling it right

First time trying - and I’ve been hearing about it for years so I was excited. The burger was smashed, and the onion rings felt overcooked and were cold. Very slow service.

Most poorly run shake shack. Employees are always goofing around in the back. Dirty, trash everywhere. Tables arent clean. Ketchup dispenser broke. Table numbers are all not returned and gone. Whoever owns this franchise needs to wake up. Last time we will be here.

Waited an hour for my meal with my girlfriend and the manager couldnt even tell me what happened and that I should leave a poor review here so here I am, DONT COME HERE!!!
