I came in after to church to get me some breakfast they made my food which was hot but then waited another 20 minutes just to get my drink which now my food is no longer hot as I noticed the barista started my drink but then left it sitting on the counter for another 5-10 minutes while she made 3-4 other drinks which I had a refresher so all it needed was ice and shaken up when I brought it to the baristas attention he stayed that they have a system and that they couldn't finish my drink until they started at least three other drinks which I think is ridiculous I shouldnt come in to get warm food and by the time I leave my food is now cold they need to do better with there system

I don’t go here often. I order my caffeine price $5.75 I tap my card and realize my cost is 10.75. $5 dollars in tips just appeared. I felt like the cashier try to steal money on the sly and thought I wouldn’t notice. When I asked her about the difference in price, she said oh u must have pressed something.i confirmed impossible!! No screen appeared it only ask for me to tap. I just felt violated. I won’t be back.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express concern about the behavior of an employee at your location.

Unfortunately, I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that this employee appears visibly unhappy in her role and often displays an unfriendly attitude toward customers. While I understand that everyone can have difficult days, today’s experience (July 4!) was especially disappointing.

I attempted to pay with cash, but the employee ignored me completely and acted as if she didn’t hear me. She also claimed that a drink I regularly order was unavailable, even though it is clearly part of your menu.

I’m not writing to complain for the sake of it, but rather to bring attention to an experience that I believe goes against the standard of service Starbucks is known for. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to ensure all customers continue to receive respectful and welcoming service.

Doors were locked before 8pm. Around 7:55pm, this not only is a fire hazard but an inconvenience for the last min. Patrons, closed at 8pm means closed and doors locked at 8pm.

It's very sometimey here. One day youd have a great experience & tasty drink and another the drink is made horrible and get a attitude back when you ask for it to be remade.. I normally get the iced Matcha but for whatever reason most baristas do not know how to make it.. i end up with matcha powder chunks which taste awful. But thenn its other time where its made perfect but the baristas are always different ughh
