Please hire people who can actually work! This Wendy’s is right by my job and I hate coming here because everytime I do I’m waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for my MOBILE order!! The owner should be ashamed. Oh and my food is cold by the time I get it. Please have some standards!!

Waited 30 minutes for 2 meals. Counter employee had no clue of what was going on. Manager was just sitting in his office while he should have been up front helping customers/orders. Ultimately got my refund and left without lunch

I was on my way to get Wendy’s and all the sudden I found a rat in my burger so I go to call him and I tell him that I found a rat in my burger and you know what they say. They said OK they didn’t even care.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous I sat there for 50 minutes while there was five people in line that's unreal so frustrating.

Still terrible I cannot believe the management hasn't cracked down on this location at all it is the absolute worst experience ever

Last time i went they forgot to give me an item I paid for. This time, they were extremely slow with only 2 cars in front of me, and didn't have all their food supplies stocked and ran out at 2pm. If only chick fil a was open on Sundays...

The man working drive-thru needs to be reprimanded for terrible customer service. He was extremely rude, when I tried placing my order, kept asking "Is that it?" before I could even finish placing my order. I told him I wasn't ready and he kept pushing for me to finish and then placed me on hold and didn't return for awhile. I will no longer be visiting this Wendy's location.

We waited 20 minutes for a $5 biggie bag. The manager and his employees were all busy hanging out instead of readily preparing anything. There were two employees talking on their cellphones, without gloves, and handling food. One employee made himself two snack sized frosty’s while the dining room line continued to grow.

The guy at the register walked away in the middle of taking orders so that he could change into his uniform….in the kitchen………..

When we could finally get their attention, my meal had been prepared FOR A WHILE and they just forgot to give it to me. They proceeded to just give me my bag of cold food.

It was a fever dream. There’s so much more to share but it’s just not worth it.
