I can’t eat dairy because of some health issues, and asked for a hamburger, made sure to specify no cheese. The worker gave me a bacon cheeseburger and was incredibly rude and refused to refund me when I asked for the correct order.

The apple pecan salad Everytime is disgusting as always. I can guarantee one thing is always missing from my salador the lettuce itself is nasty.I have to go back and go in the store Everytime I go.
Lobby closed during open hours. Not all vehicles fit through the drive lol the employee that we spoke to tried to ignore us and when she actually acknowledged that we were there, she brushed us off like we were bothering her. Then she walked off. Horrible experience.

The workers were just aurging and not making the food. It took over 30 minutes to get my food which is ridiculous. The food was poorly made and just shoved in a bag.

Came at a 'staff change' which meant that they were not accepting orders for about 20 minutes. Almost gave up and started to drive away when they opened the window. We gave our order, they botched it completely, but we were to far away to do anything.
