White Flower Cake Shoppe

My husband and I got married earlier this month and were referred to White Flower Cake Shoppe for our wedding cake! They made it extremely easy- we sent inspiration pictures and they made it come to life! Absolutely beautiful and tasted even better! Thank you!

I got cupcakes here for a birthday and by the time I got them home later that day they were totally melted and drooping. No one mentioned that they weren't room temp stable. I would have expected them to be able to last a few hours. Ended up throwing them away and not having anything for the birthday celebration.

Delicious & kind people… they were just about to close and kindly welcomed my family for some treats!!

Love WF. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS now. Love the Eton location. Super cute. Employees are always very nice. Product is always good. BUT the cookies are just off. They taste like freezer burn. Just makes me sad because they are so beautiful. Just not great.

White flower has done so many special cakes for me, from my engagement cake, to birthdays, to my wedding cake! The best place around :) so thankful!!!

I love White Flower Cake Shoppe! Ten years ago, we went to them to make our wedding cake. Lauren took inspiration from the lace on my dress to create the beautiful design and my bouquet for inspiration on the flowers. This year, for our 10 year anniversary I asked if she could make a mini replica to celebrate. It was so gorgeous and delicious! We did the white cake with strawberry filling and yellow cake with chocolate ganache, just like our wedding cake. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the outstanding level of customer service, attention to detail and take talent that goes into every item I’ve had over the years. We visit their Strongsville and Woodmere locations for case cakes, have ordered holiday/birthday cakes and stopped in for macaroons, cupcakes, cakesiclea and more over the years- it’s always so awesome! I absolutely recommend them for any of your bakery needs (or wants bc they can make it happen!)

I’ve been here many times in the past and was quite happy with the quality of the food. However, this time I was quite disappointed with just about everything. I ordered two of the mini cakes. I was supposed to get a white cake with pink frosting and a chocolate cake with blue frosting instead she gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for And you can’t fix that after someone bites into it. The chocolate one was quite dry and flavorless. Nothing like I’ve had in the past. Definitely not worth the extra cost. I can go to Giant Eagle and get something just as good or better. The decorations, of course are amazing and do look fantastic but what good is that if the quality of the inside is dry and terrible. The other disappointing piece was the woman helping behind the counter. She obviously hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. She seemed put off and irritated that I was there. I didn’t catch your name. She was a little on the smaller side, height and width, never smiled, and when I said, I wanted an additional item huffed as if irritated. Another young lady, came out from the back, a little heavier, set and taller, who was very smiley and appeared friendly, but I was the only one there so the cranky young lady helped me. I don’t know that I’ll be back at least not for a while. Bad service and dry product. Not a good combination.

White Flower cake is definitely the best around. We did a side-by-side testing with another cake company in town and the entry party chose White Flower as the best.

Got my bridal shower cake and cupcakes from White Flower and received so many compliments! I've been a customer for quite a long time and I do have to say this was the best cake I've ever had so far!

My mother and sister and I visited the West Market in Cleveland, OH and all of the items purchased were delicious! The Strawberry Cup Cake, Salted Carmel, and Raspberry, Vanilla Blue Macaroons… Amazing! The owner, his wife and staff are friendly and professional people. The shoppe is excellent. I highly recommend their deserts. Great variety, good deals and delicious. I would have added a photo but we ate everything (lol).
