Winking Lizard Beachwood

The food here is always really good, but I have a very poor experience with the staff anytime I come in. Brought my MIL here the other day and the waitress was visibly annoyed that we ordered more than one round of drinks. When she walked away, we overheard her complaining that she “definitely won’t be leaving on time now.” She mocked/corrected my friend’s accent when he ordered a Yuengling, brought my MIL a warm beer and when we asked for a colder one, was sarcastic about trying out the temperature of the next one before opening it. She continued to be very huffy, heavily sighing anytime she walked pass our table and eventually let us know she need to cash us out so she could leave. The next waitress, Sydney, was actually polite, but the previous waitress, Lenny, made us feel so uncomfortable that we left without ordering anything else.

I understand annoyance at customers who are rude/obnoxious or hang out for ages while barely ordering anything, but we were there to spend money and have a good time. If you have somewhere you desperately need to be when your shift ends in 30 minutes, maybe don’t take the table. But by the looks of it, she just wanted to hangout out with the boy who brought her coffee.

The worst tasting bourbon barrel sauce on my wings my kids spit it out but ribs were great but it wasn't that bourbon barrel lol !!!

Took a long time to get a burger. It wasn't very good. The service was good. The atmosphere was a little chaotic but they were very busy.

This place was absolutely amazing. They continued the amazing quality since it was smoking q portions were great. Size properly priced. Everything tastes amazing. I typically don't do spaghetti and meatballs, but this blew my mind. You get a real home cooking. Feel here. Great atmosphere. Great service. I will definitely Chuck this place out when visiting Cleveland
