“I was not pleased with my acai bowl as it was missing ingredients. I returned with the bowl in hand and was instantly asked if there was an issue as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. It's so refreshing when young adults have a wonderful attitude and know how to talk to customers.“

“The food was great, fresh, the fries were homemade, good atmosphere, but the only sauces they have are spicy ones, including the ranch. The only other downfall is the non-alcoholic drinks, no refills only glass bottles, staff was friendly so overall a good experience.“

“Everything today is expensive. So it’s essential to have a smoothie place that can customize your order and with fresh ingredients. Ginger shots✅ Wheatgrass shots+ chaser✅Great service. Great product. Clean environment. Pulp needs a frequent buyer card or program for regular customers. if they had one, people would come more often. and buy mor.“

“Angela and her crew ALWAYS provide excellent and timely service at this location. The food is consistently fresh and our orders are always correct. For these reasons, Beyond is on our short list of favorite lunch spots. If you are in the University Circle and are need of a healthy lunch option, check out this location (and say hi to Angela from her lunch friends from the hospital!)“

“Each year, we have a fundraiser in Independence for my niece Charlotte who has CDKL5. We have a walk around Independence Park to raise money & awareness. This year BEYOND showed up bringing free smoothies to all of our participants. What an incredible gesture of giving back to the community. Not to mention- the smoothies were delicious. My family thanks them- we are customers for life.“

“Three young lady’s were working here and they were extremely nice and helpful. I just had a really bad experience at the University circle location and this location was completely different thanks to the lady’s working. They were professional, helpful, and delightful! What a great location to get a smoothie!“

“Geovanni and Charlene, amazing customer service and made sure my dining experience was all that it could be. Charlene was very nice and made sure I got the drink Peach Tea refilled in a timely manner.
Geovanni met our expectations with making the drink and ensuring that we had a good experience and enjoyed our pasta bowls.
