ZERO STARS ! I came here Thursday after work I ride the bus ! I came here for a hot chocolate and a some fries it comes with bacon but I don’t eat pork so sub turkey sausage, I left the store without even looking becsuse the lady was so nice which I gave her a tip that I wish I could take it back ! I get home and this is what I see WOULD YOU EAT THIS ! #1 it’s not all the way full #2 the cheese is burned it’s not even a cheese sauce it just flat out look disgusting! I call the store I speak with a manager I’m guessing Andrew ! I explained to him my issue and told him like I ride the bus I’m not comin all the way up there for nothin! He told me the small fries don’t come filled up which is dumb because who the hell paying $8 for a half a small fry ! He said he would give me a refund which didn’t come till today because of course 3 days for a card ! Which I was credited back for the hot chocolate not for the fries ! I called today and spoke with another manger John ! Which he said he can’t give me a refund for something that happed 3 days ago ARE YOU SERIOS! It TAKES 3 days how the hell was I supposed to know he was gone refund the wrong thing THATS YOUR MANGER'S FAULT ! Then said he can give me store credit that’s the point I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN I DONT WANT NO CREDIT ! I want my money honestly it’s on my phone and I clearly can show that the wrong thing was credited because it shows on my card, does he care no just ignorant!

The food is consistent, but the Beachwood location, although remodeled and expanded a couple years ago is so small the wait for a table can exceed an hour which doesn't bode well for lunch business. Even take out usually requires a long wait, even when ordering ahead. Be sure to carefully check the order before you leave, condiments (such as salad dressing, ketchup, dipping sauce, tarter sauce) are often omitted even when ordered.
I heard some many great reviews about this place,so on 6/14/25, Me and my co worker came for breakfast and yes it's very small in there, but the food and service was excellent. I will be back
We decided to go to yours truly to celebrate our Godmothers 87th birthday. We were put upstairs and basically forgotten about it took forever to get the food. Our water had no ice cubes left we asked for a refill on ice cubes so that we could drink our drinks. The server didn’t know the menu she the burger that is kinda advertised as s steak was a real steak so when one of the parties orders it rare and got s glob of raw ground beef they lost their appetite the not so fried were no so hot at all they were cold. There wasn’t ketchup on the table so I had to go to other tables to grab a few bottles. The server didn’t bring the check up to us we actually all came down the stairs and we had to ask for the check. Not a fan at all
