Brio Italian Grille offers a casual dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere. While the service can be slow at times due to staffing issues, the restaurant is willing to accommodate special requests. The appetizers, such as calamari and flatbread, are highly praised as very good. Customers often mention that the food is really amazing and delicious, with some enjoying the chicken and fettuccine dishes. The atmosphere is described as nice, with the option to dine outside and listen to live music on certain nights. However, there are concerns about inconsistent service, with some staff standing around on their phones or not providing silverware and plates promptly. The bread is sometimes not as good as usual, and service issues like forgetting to take orders or not honoring birthday specials have been noted. Despite these challenges, many customers enjoy the food and plan to return, highlighting the friendly service from servers like Ciann and the overall enjoyable experience.
