I came here on June 17th 2026 on a Wednesday evening. And Genevieve helped me. She was polite, friendly as I walked in. She was doing her very best despite the other co worker not helping her. She kept her cool and welcomed everyone that came thru the door. She needs to be rewarded for her hard work and professionalism.
I wanted to love it, but what is there to love? This was not mixed well, and the graham tasted like it was falling apart (instead of that good graham texture). I feel like every time I go into Cold Stone, the product quality, and quantity is changing, and not for the better. It was not enjoyable, the amount should at least match the price. Be generous with your customers, especially when there is no one else in the store. You have to get rid of the unused product anyway.
