The cake was ready by the scheduled pick-up time, and my mom LOVED it! It was very soft and rich. The strawberry flavoring in it was so tasty and fresh. Highly recommend them!“

People here actually seem to care about their job and if there's people in front of me I don't have to wait 30+ minutes just to be overcharged for half a cup of ice cream and the person at the counter to get my number wrong after I've given it to them twice.In short the other coldstone sucks. “SO many people in this review section don’t understand how difficult it is to successfully run a business when you’re understaffed. My friends and I walked in tonight (12/27/2023) around 7:30 PM, and there were only two employees working, one of which who was on his second day. Understandably, it took all of us about 40 minutes to get our ice cream, but the more experienced staff member handled everything well and with a smile, even as a party of 12 walked in behind us. Truly INCREDIBLE customer service from him— he didn’t have a name tag on, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.“

“Cutest cake ever!! Got a cake for my best friends birthday today. I sent a few inspiration pictures through email and it was what I envisioned and more. She absolutely loved it so much and it was the best tasting cake we’ve ever had. We shared with the restaurant workers as well and they also said it’s the best cake they’ve ever had so shared Amy Cakes contact info with all of them. Ready for pick up right when they told us. We pop in Amy cakes whenever we are downtown. This was my first special order with them and they exceeded expectations.
