“Thomas was helping us and he was friendly and made our desserts to perfection. The place was packed and he was busy the entire time. Making creations and running the register. Love experiencing great customer service. He is amazing everytime we go. Thanks!“

“I came here on June 17th 2026 on a Wednesday evening. And Genevieve helped me. She was polite, friendly as I walked in. She was doing her very best despite the other co worker not helping her. She kept her cool and welcomed everyone that came thru the door. She needs to be rewarded for her hard work and professionalism.“
“Such a great experience at Cold Stone! My wife and I loved how they prepare the ice cream in front of you. It’s a little more expensive but a great treat to come here occasionally. Would recommend this place to anyone who has never been! The chocolate and peanut butter combo was fantastic .“
