Rude, racist, and unsanitary location. Do not recommend. It was our first time going to any Cold Stone. We were excited for our first experience, and it was horrible! Since it was my daughter's and I's first time, we naturally had questions. The blonde girl behind the counter seemed frustrated and annoyed with us and was very nasty. The counters and overall location was very dirty. Although she wore gloves, she did not wear a hair net (neither did any other employee). We ordered 2 ice creams cups to go. When we got home to eat there were chunks of blonde hair chopped up in our ice creams. $15.30 straight to the garbage!

Usually love this place, but for the last 2 weeks the night crew have been closing 15-20 minutes early. I was lied to and told they changed their hours, however when I mentioned it casually to a manager I found out that they did NOT change anything.

Took me fiance here for the first time told him how great it was boy was I made to be a lier. The ice cream was good, but the staff was awful, they all looked unhappy no one smiled seemed bothered with us there, no one greeted us when we walked in, then the young girl with reddish orangish hair was very rude! When asking what size I wanted had said in a cone forgetting the go by cup size she said yes we use these cups for the sizes then opened her eyes really big with attitude and shook her head at her coworkers like we were stupid. Then they all continued to talk and whisper to eachother. As I was paying the young lady with brown hair said it's going to ask for a tip, I didn't not hear her over the music in the store and she continued to have attended saying it's asking for tip. Once I finished paying I said thank you and have a nice day she looked at me didn't say thank you or good bye or even smiled.. They need new employees the all clearly hate their life's and its not ok. We will never be back.. also it smelled bad in there.

The 3 gals working this evening could have smiled. They seemed annoyed to have customers. The floor and chairs were sticky and covered in sprinkles. A napkin stuck to my shoes. Skip this location.

After the movies today (7May2023) about 4:30pm, we decided to have some Cold Stone ice cream. As we got in line, the whole store hears a utensil/scoop fall to the ground. The young dark brunette-haired man looked to be rinsing the scoops/utensils, but it was the blonde-haired young man that attempted to also wash his spatula (for mixing the ice cream with other ingredients) or scoop and dropped one of the tools on the ground. Without skipping a beat, he places the dropped item in the same water that the brunette one was using for all of, maybe, 2 seconds. The brunette one says something like, “no one will know,” as the blonde one immediately begins to use the dropped utensil to mix the ice cream he had on the counter already, as they both shrug and chuckle/laugh. Neither attempted to really wash the floor-dropped-utensil and the amount of time in water, whether hot or not, would not sanitize it effectively before serving a paying customer the unsanitary food. Needless to say, we quickly got out of line and found our way to Dairy Queen. We’ve gone to this specific Cold Stone in the past with no issues, but maybe we’ll avoid weekends when the younger employees with no integrity or lack of work ethic are behind the counter.

I have a peanut allergy. As I was walking up to get our order, I told the worker before we started the order that I have an allergy and asked if there was something that can be done. (There was a sign right in front of me that said.... "please inform us of any allergies".) She immediately glared at me as if I had committed a crime and said " tsk... now I have to go to the back...." staring at me as if I should rethink my allergy...I initially felt bad, as I honestly didnt want to bother her... but also... I have an allergy. Once we were at checkout... and after a while when we got the ice cream - the workers pointed at me while they were talking to each other and finally when we got the ice cream I told her "I actually really appreciate it" (because I like many other people in the world struggle to eat out due to allergies). She just rolled her eyes and walked away.Will NOT BE COMING BACK TO COLD STONE HERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
After having a nice birthday lunch we decided to go here to get some tasty ice cream on 4/27/2023 at 4:15pm. Upon arrival we were NOT greeted by neither of the 3 employees working. Not sure if one of the young lady's was being trained but still no greeting? Two of the ladies went to to back while our ice cream specialist took our orders. Next our ice cream specialist was very blah acting towards us, but she did respond with a hello after we greeted her. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she was not at all happy to be at work on this day. We even tried to have small talk, of course pertaining to ice cream, but still no form of friendliness. Once we cashed out and were provided our receipt she just walked off and gave a halfway "have a nice day". We even thanked the young lady and told her to have a better day but she just walked off like she didn't hear us or want to even hear us. I believe customer service is a full service presence, your attitude being number 1 and always greeting someone that comes into your establishment. If this was an off day and I was just extra happy because I made it another day in life (my day of Birth) then I'm sorry to have expected to have a different form of service. The place was actually clean and all the ice cream looked delicious. Our ice cream treats were the pretty tasty.
