I recently stopped by Brio Italian Grille for lunch while waiting for my phone to be fixed at the nearby Apple Store, and I was thoroughly impressed! The chicken Caesar salad was absolutely delicious - the chicken was tasty the lettuce was fresh and crisp. The house Chardonnay was a great choice to enjoy while I waited and paired well. This is a wonderful restaurant, with great food. Its only problem is that it has a shortage of staff, so food is a bit slow coming out, and the few servers have to hustle, hustle, hustle.
