Food was terrible, service was bare minimum required to get make my transaction. I had a whopper with cheese, fries, coke zero. Bun was stale and tasteless. Three times as much mayo as ketchup. 2 slivers of onion, 2 pickles, 2.5 tomato slices. Fries were decent. Coke zero was an abomination. All of this for $12.49. I could've had a way better burger and fries and pop, with better potion sizes, up the road at Five Guys. I'll never eat at this, or any other Burger King again.

I ordered at drive today requesting Whopper Combo, no cheese,onions ni saltand no ice in Sprite I had handed,soda w/ice and it was replaced w/ no ice.I wS told to pull in front of bldg to get the rest of my order When I returned hone I chewed my burger and it had onions. I Immediately spit it out I have been trying to call the store for over 5 hours and I keep getting disconnected. Today is Sunday Jan 21,2024

The worst the lady working drive thru was really rude didn’t have nothing positive to say. I asked for ketchup and sweet and sour got rude reply’s food was so cold my nuggets were so hard. Never experienced this with other burger kings and with this one being in beaver creek you’d think it would be good hell no. Never again.

Was told thru the drive thru window to park in front of the double doors after it took me a good 10+ minutes to drive here. The lady came out finally and seemed very rude and upset for some odd reason but yea this place sucks!!

I ordered a bacon king got charged over 7 dollars and all I got was a cheeseburger with bacon not the same. I guess the people working there don't know how to do there jobs.

This burger king has really came up the last 2 weeks since being under new management and the Manger with the short blond hair is very pleasant in the morning and one of the reasons I like getting my breakfast there every morning! Keep up the good work!

Extremely unprofessional and a general manager needs to speak to their crew. Tried to order food online and when I went to pick it up they turned off their lights and refused to answer the phone. Truly disappointing.

Went there for breakfast. Screen read $13 got up to window guy charged us $16 and I asked for receipt and he said printer was broke. Food was horrible and not what size we ordered. Horrible place.

I ordered online, included one large onion-rings which I usually do from Burger King. However, when we got home it was missing the onion rings. My wife is driving to the restaurant right now to pick one up but in the meantime I requested assistance in the app. The digital assistant offered me $5 makeup (the item price was $3.19). I declined the offer because it didn't understand that it's not about the money as much as sitting down and be able to eat your lunch in peace. My food is now cold, I will regrettably discard all of it; a loss of $18 plus the inconvenience. Regrettably, I won't be ordering from the Burger King anytime soon, starting with deleting their app off my phone. If I sound mad, sorry, I am kinda upset and hungry too :)
