“Food (Fish & Chips) was GREAT & so was the service, until I ordered a WEDGE salad to go. The WEDGE salad was a few pieces of wilted lettuce... Glad I checked before I left. When I asked the server about what was sent out, she got attitudinal. I gave it back and told her to take it off my bill. I wanted a wedge salad (which is on their menu)... Not a deconstructed conundrum. Change the name on the menu... WEDGE Salad is such, globally -- Even in the UK.“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“I enjoy five guys quite a bit. However, price can be a little bit steep at times. I went today because five guys is my feel good food. I'm having a rough day. I go to five guys but today was different in the restaurant and it was the cleanest restaurant I've been in in a very long time. The bathroom was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. I got my food at a timely manner and everything was hot and fresh. I will be returning soon. Thanks again five guys“

“We are traveling and I do not recall eating at a Hardee's before. However, I have dined at other fsst food burger joints. We didn't know what to order and the lady; Martha told us what their top selling sandwiches are and the highlights of each. While waiting for our order I went to the restroom. That bathroom was freaking SPOTLESS! They were working with a skeleton crew of two (2) people so to find a bathroom THAT clean with only two people working shows the staff pays attention to details and the comfort of the customers! I also discovered that I had the root of one of my teeth exposed and cold beverages are shockingly painful. I requested warm water instead of cold. Martha granted my special request; and was not bothering by catering to my special need. - The cheeseburger was good. Condiments on both buns! I never see that and typically request that option but not necessary here. Issabelle made a very tasty burger. I was not a fan of Hardee's pickles but one would not know that until trying them...They weren't so bad that I did not eat them but rather just would order a burger without them on the future. - It was a pleasure eating there and having exceptional service in very clean and pleasant atmosphere. “Overall, consistently correct orders and efficient during busy hours. Drive-through is handled well, but inside orders tend to take far longer. During calmer hours, they are very slow, so I assume they have lower staff at those times. Out of the McDonald's in the area it is the best.“
