Have always had a great time at this place. I’m torn now because of my experience tn. Everything was perfect, but my cup. It tasted and smelled exactly like the cleaner for the dishes. This stuff is strong and I’ve cleaned dishes for a year and unfortunately know what it tastes like. This is something unexcusable and that whole dish crew needs fired. I’ll be back because our waitress, Taylor, fixed it right away.

It's emotional for me to review this location because I knew it before the pandemic and we had a decade long love affair where I would eat here 2 to 3 times per week.

I knew all the staff (ALL THE STAFF) by name and they were some incredible folks.

This is still a really good and consistent place to dine, but inflation and corporate belt tightening has reduced the overall value of the Chili's lunch and dinner combos.

If you are a Chilian.... You'll still enjoy yourself. But if you are looking for the value of years gone by.... It is gone.

Food was great. Service was wonderful. The waitress was very helpful in giving information on the specials. We got the special that served both us for a reasonable price. It had cheese sticks, sandwiches, chicken wings, etc ....

I had an excellent salad and Ultimate Cajun Pasta. The pasta with its mixture of chicken and shrimp was very good. In addition, I had blackberry lemonade.

Came for my birthday dinner, and Taylor was absolutely amazing! We had a big group and all our drinks were never empty and the food came out correct and quickly! She was knowledgeable of the menu and had the most patience with us!

At first, we ordered the chips and salsa, and the chips were so undercooked they were soggy, so we let them know that the chips were like that, and they brought another basket of chips and the waitress stated “I found one that doesn’t have AS MUCH undercooked chips” excuse me?? Furthermore, I have Ulcerative Colitis and in the menu with the brisket quesadillas, they did not include that they had jalapeños. I told the waitress when first coming in I had a diet restriction with my disease and that I couldn’t have the corn or anything spicy, and when I ordered the brisket quesadillas the waitress neglected to tell me further that it had jalapeños. Come to find out, I didn’t know that until I had already chewed and swallowed a piece as my throat became on fire and almost within the same hour I was vomiting profusely and became extremely ill, along with my fiance, (not sure what he had to cause that though). Then, as the waitress was apologetic, we waited for the manager to remove the brisket quesadillas from the check as the waitress said we could do, and the manager never wound up doing that, so the waitress split the check and only made me pay one portion of it, leaving the brisket out. Only reason I put one star was because the Mac n cheese was so good, (pasta was slightly undercooked though….)

Recently visited for lunch and had an excellent meal and excellent service. It had been years since I had ate here and wasn't the biggest fan but wanted to give them another chance and am glad that I did. The 3 for me is a great deal and is very filling. The restaurant was packed when I went and we were seated and waited on right away. Will definitely be returning!

Not worth going to definitely will not be back. $100 on dinner and the food had no flavor and cold and some of it was even soggy. The burgers in with call cooked onions and didn't so I had to wait until you get some and she brought them out they were cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I have been coming to this Chili’s since my husband and I were dating! We love this one! We were married in 1996!
