Food was delicious! My husband got shrimp fajitas and I got the big crispy chicken sandwich. The server was very friendly and on top of drinks. I got the new merry maker marg, it was delicious but they were out of the normal glasses it came in and it was a touch too syrupy for my taste but not too bad it was unsribkable. We were charged for guac but never got it, the server was quick to remove that from the check for us and we had no issues.

The Ziosk automatically times out if you stop typing for 5 seconds. Was trying to make sure I was spelling phenomenal right....

Lacey was our server and she was phenomenal!!! We came in for my grandfather's birthday and she made the night incredible. We will be back!

Been here twice now, at varying levels of busy. Wait staff is always chill, polite, and attentive (although the hosts tend to be very dismissive and often on phones). Food gets done quick, it's always SO GOOD and in my experience the tables aren't sticky

I went to Chili's after seeing Wicked in theaters, it was the second day of the movie being released. We went and was excited to order the margaritas. Well, they ended up not having the drink stirers, we ordered them anyway. The Glinda drink was okay, but the Elphaba one was downright disgusting. We actually believe it made one of us sick (the one who drank the most of it) which wasn't much because we barely finished 1/4 of it. I ordered water and had to ask a second time because they forgot it the first time. Our waiter took our food order and didn't come back to the table. It was actually when a manager was passing by I was able to speak to someone. Which was needed because our bill was also messed up. We ordered the 10.99 deal and was charged for the appetizer that comes with it. We had 3 checks, I guess we thought that he would understand each of us was ordering separately. And he didn't ask. We ended up with 1 bill that had one margarita on it, another with two 10.99 + appetizer (we shouldn't have been charged for), and then the third was charged full price for her 14.99 meal. In short, bad experience. They also told us a 15 minute wait with tables open? Kinda weird. Our waiter was not helpful, they were out of the speciality stirers (day two of the movie being released?), and our bills were fudged and if the manager hadn't walked, it would be annoying trying to get it all figured out. Then one of us got sick from the drink and food. The good? The manager did correct our bill. That's about it. Would not recommend this Chili's.

The food was good, I had issues with using a gift card, and I couldn't order online. Calling the phone didn't have the same options.
