My least favorite Chipotle to go to around me(I mostly don’t have a choice). They must have a motto of less is more. Every time I ask for extra I definitely don’t get that. Always disappointed and yet not surprised, when I pick the bag up and it feels like there’s nothing in it. Don’t have this problem at other chipotle's.

Ask for a bowl with brown rice pinto beans and chicken I didn't even get enough chicken to cover the spoon so I asked for more they charged me extra still didn't get shit charged me $14

Food is always hot and fresh, sitting/dining area is always super clean. The real star of the show are the employees, they are always super nice and friendly even when it’s SUPER busy. Would recommend them and recommend tipping! (Also whoever runs this place needs to get something that gives customers the opportunity to tip with card)

They gave me a reduced amount of food because the employee was too lazy to grab a new batch from the kitchen. This is not the first time something like this happens. This is the reason this company is going broke. You never know what you are paying for in chipotle.

My second visit to Chipotle and this time in Ohio was a good experience overall. I ordered the same Carne Asada Salad (no beans) with sour cream, chipotle-honey vinaigrette, cheese, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, fajita veggies, roasted chili-corn salsa, and a side of brown rice—hoping to enjoy the same great experience as before. The food was flavorful and satisfying, but slightly underwhelming compared to my first visit. What concerned me more was the overall cleanliness of the store, which was noticeably messy. It gave me pause, but I went ahead with my order. Please be mindful that even when wearing gloves, if you wipe your eyes, touch your face, hair, or personal items, it’s important to change your gloves immediately before continuing food preparation or handling. Cross-contamination can occur easily, even with gloves on. I’d still recommend this location, but I would encourage others to check it out for themselves and decide based on their own experience.

Worst experience eating at Chipotle ever. The sour cream tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The rice and other toppings weren’t seasoned and also seemed really old. Would give 0 stars if I could. Only thing is the service wasn’t bad.

The tortilla chips at this location are CONSISTENTLY horrible: greasy and soft/floppy. Almost every single time, as thought someone was in a rush and takes them out of the fryer prematurely. Everything else is standard Chipotle.

This place has really gone down hill. My lunch experience wasn't the best. Dining room was a complete mess, out of napkins and utensils, trash overflowing. The customer service wasn't great as I felt rushed through the line. The meat was horrible, rice was crunchy. I'm just going to go try Qdoba next to see if they are any better.

Worst chipotle ever! Barely gave any ingredients in my bowl. The chips tasted like they had been sitting out for days. It was dirty and the employees didn’t care at all ! I hardly have ever given a one star to a restaurant if you can tell by all my other reviews. I am very fair and understanding but this place is awful. Seems to be a pattern leaving the other reviews.

Just ordered food and it came out to $27 and some change. The guy took my $50 and then tried to give me 6 cents back!! I had to ask him again what was my total and then he got his manager to get my exact change. If I wouldn’t have asked him or noticed he would’ve stole my money!
