Literally ordered 1 cookie. Brownie batter. Was completely cold when it’s supposed to be served warm. Was in a hurry so I couldn’t go back in the store to have them make it correctly or i would have, Extremely disappointed. Won’t be back

Stopped by 5/31. I really wish I would learn my lesson and stop stopping by. If you like your cookies prepared rare, this is the place! Crumbl- what’s it take to get a decent well done cookie?? I have feral summer break children- they ate them anyway.

Came to Dayton for a visit on 4/23/26 at 9:45p and we were helped by the nicest lady! She was truly “easy people”. Our cookies were AMAZING! Thank you! ♥️
