I ordered 20 minutes ahead, and was expecting my order to be ready when I arrived. It was not, so I waited for 20 more minutes. There was not a button on my app to say I arrived or schedule a time for pickup - which would be wise to have on the app... Knowing an order is placed 20 minutes in advance should indicate to the staff that they should have certain cookie flavors ready. The girl making the cookie I (and others) were waiting for was extremely slow at her job. It was not...
Never been here before decided to go for it lol. Overall experience was great! They were really fast too. Decided to try the car side service ordered in the app. The app was amazing and you get Crumbl points for leaving reviews so why not right lol. Anyways I ordered a 6 pack for the family and was supposed to get a cookies and cream cookie received a brownie batter instead. Also got the pink sugar cookie Dubai chocolate blueberry muffin kit Kay and snickers. All were delicious...
