Bought 13 donuts in beavercreek Ohio. We were so excited to try them. They were all dry and stale. First visit to a Dunkin. Never again. Money wasted.

this location used to be good but the past five times I have gone through and ordered my coffee they have messed it up and then they fix it by just dumping out or removing the whipped cream off the top. you can order and tell them your order multiple times and they will still get it wrong. customer service is not the best has each time I've had to go back in and have them refix my coffee order for them to act as if I'm the issue.
