Edit: I’ve updated my rating because after submitting my contact form each time I got a timely response. I guess I submitted the wrong form and was directed to the proper form. I received a genuine email back from an actual person to confirm that footage from my experience had been reviewed and that further coaching will be provided, and concern for my daughter was expressed.

The leadership team really does read the reviews and takes them serious....

I’ve had da really nice experience at Freddy’s their employees are kind and very helpful everything is always stalked up and their food is really good plus their strawberry dream cake shake is my favorite shake

It was stupendous. We were traveling from out of town and decided to stop here for lunch. The customer service was outstanding and the food was amazing. Anything you order on the menu will really wow you. Trying the custard is a must. Thank you to the staff at Freddy's for a wonderful experience.
