Service wasn't great. Only one server for the dining room. One meal came out 15min later than the rest of the table. Our to go meal wasn't placed...we had to wait 20 minutes after we paid. Not our best experience.

Went inside to place an order. Paid, waited 30 minutes for them to forget a sandwich. I could have just blown this off with the poor service but the cashier decided to tip herself 20% on my card. Nobody knew why or how to fix this so I just ended up having to let it go.

Food is fine. Basically Shoney's. Unfortunately they have no staff and service is glacial, so they depend heavily on the breakfast bar to do the work (and that's not too fresh). Cannot recommend that anyone spend their time here.

We were the second guest to enter the restaurant. The first guest were met by the hostess and then seated. Upon our entry up to the hostess desk a waitress called across the room and said that we could seat ourselves.The restaurant offered a deal which stated download the app and receive a free desert. We informed the waitress of our intention to download the app in order to receive a free dessert. She said that it may not show immediately but we could go ahead and order the desserts. When we went to pay the bill we were told that we could only have one free dessert. After discussion of the advertisement the waitress took the charge off of the bill.

Food was ok. Didn't get what we ordered and when questioned it was like a burden to ask or fix. Staff seemed more interested in playing on phones at bar then checking on guest. When paying to leave they all seemed put out to take my money and didn't even care. Very sad because this used to to our go to spot but it has gone downhill.

My elderly mother and I dined indie breakfast today and Amber was so sweet and patient with her and her special needs.. she could not decided as she’s slower with things and amber never made her feel hurried. The you so much! We will be back!!

Came in with my family they got the breakfast bar. I got the breakfast burrito. My meal fell apart as soon as I picked it up and then I took a bite it was mush. Let me sever Natalie know and she offered to get me something else. I didn't have an appetite after the mush I just took a bite of. Fast forward to checking out I was still charged for the food I didn't eat. Talked to the lady cashing me out and she went to tell the manager about my experience. The manager said very loudly that she didn't care some people just come in expecting stuff for free. Which wasn't the case at all. Still had to pay for the food I didn't eat. Will not be returning to this location, and will be letting everyone know about the extreme unprofessionalism.
Went in to get two large chili’s came home with two small. Not only that workers were arguing over what I ordered. On top of that while I was in there I found a bedbug started itching while being in there and found a bed bug crawling on my leg.
