Taste of Jerusalem Reviews
Our food was amazing! We got 3 different types of kebabs and they were all seasoned differently with amazing flavors. It was a great experience and we can't wait to come back
The best Shawarma in the greater Dayton/Cincinnati area, and that garlic sauce… Holy cow. I was expecting it to be heavy and rich, but it was light with this fantastic bright citrus acidity I wasn’t expecting. The chicken platter is killer as well. I can’t wait to come back. An absolute hidden gem that shouldn’t be hidden. Try this spot out!
Amazing food and service!!! We will definitely be repeat customers 😁

Taste of Jerusalem offers a delectable culinary journey through the flavors of the Middle East. The chicken platter with rice and pickles remains a must-try, while the chicken bowl with Tzatziki sauce continues to receive high praise. Customers enjoy the grilled-to-perfection chicken shawarma roll, featuring a fantastic tahini sauce with a refreshing lemon twist.
The falafel is described as one of the best, with its hot, fresh, and incredibly flavorful profile. The Arabic salad provides a light and palate-cleansing experience. The staff is known for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and willingness to explain the menu to newcomers.
The dining space, though small, is clean, spacious, and adorned with beautiful photos of Jerusalem and the Middle East. Free bottled water is provided for dine-in customers. While there may be minor issues with to-go orders, the exceptional customer service and delicious meals make Taste of Jerusalem a go-to destination for Middle Eastern cuisine enthusiasts.
