I always have the best service when I visit and Betty is working. The pizza is great and so is the customer service, I always request her when I’m in the area and feel like a deep dish pizza ?

Highly disappointing experience. Drove an hour each way from Cincinnati to eat here. Nightmare from start to finish.Called ahead to place a deep dish order and was on hold for seven minutes because the girl did not know how to do the order properly and had to wait for someone else who could do it.Arrived and requested a table. Got sat in the biggest booth they have for like six people, even though there were just two of us. Not a huge deal about the seating.When ordering beverages, we place an order for appetizer. Appetizer never shows, but the pizza gets delivered a short time later. I mention again about the appetizer because it is what my son was going to eat as he does not eat pizza. She says ‘oh they are working on it right now.’ We request refills which we never got throughout the entire meal. She then brings to go boxes and I ask one more time about the garlic bread appetizer and she says she forgot to put it in, but they will make it right now. Appetizer arrives with our check and of course we still get charged full boat for everything. I throw my credit card down and wait another 20 minutes for the server to come back around and cash us out.If there was a manager on duty, they are clearly incompetent as this waitress was completely drowning And it was clear to see several other customers were having a horrible experience like us.The pizza was delicious. Wish we could have gotten refills and at least remotely acceptable service.Will Never go back to this location again.

Never had a deep-dish pizza so I looked up the best in Ohio and this place was said to be the best. We chose the small pizza because the waiter said that enough for 2-3 people, The wait time for cooking the pizza was 45 minutes so we also got the cheese bread appetizer.Food detailsThe appetizer came out fast enough, about 8 minutes, The cheese bread was nice with a soft inside but a crunchy outside, and the marinara dipping sauce had a good flavor to it.The deep dish came out thinner than I expected but still had a lot of substance to those layers. The cheese pull was awesome, they use good mozzarella and paired with the marinara it tasted amazing. The only thing I didn't agree with so much was the outer crust, not the bottom crust which was good, the outer crust was hard and crunchy. As someone who loves his pan pizza with soft crust, it was the only negative detail of the whole experience.Finally, price came up to 32$ with one drink as well. Final verdict, visually the place is nice and the quality is excellent. I would say it's definitely worth a visit if you never have had deep dish.

Ok the pizza is off the chain! Service is sometimes a bit slow but they are always slammed.The only thing I don’t like about the atmosphere is how loud it is in there.GREAT PIZZA! Oh yeah!!! You can buy the deep dish frozen to take home and bake!!!Vegetarian options: Great veggie deep dish
