Well if you really enjoy a bowl full of rice and a shred of chicken. This would be the place for you. Or maybe it just the fact that the employees had to work today. Idk 10.25 for a bowl of rice. I won’t be back. I usually go once a week not anymore, as if it matter to y’all anyways right. I’m just letting the next guy know. They might want to get lunch / dinner elsewhere.

I’m town from Chicago visiting my bf for the week, his roommate recommended Hot Head and it did not disappoint. Definitely tasted much better than Chipotle back home. 10/10 will be back!

Put forks in the bottom in the bag and crammed three bowls (one sideways) and a burrito in one bag. They ended up leaking and the bag ripped so you can probably imagine how that went. Food was really good, just wished they put it in two separate bags and the utensils in last ??‍♀️

I ordered online and my order took longer than people walked in after me. The second time I ordered online I showed up to find out they were out of Queso, how a place like this can run out of queso is unbelievable.

Chicken was very dry and burnt.white rice was cold and asked for extra cheese and they put a pinch on it and I even paid for extra cheese. Don't think I will go back there.

I purchased two Bowls. Both had 2 large chunks of beef each, sitting on top of an almost entire bowl of rice. The meat was so tough I could barely chew it, and I had to pull it apart to try and spread it throughout my bowl. Worst Hothead EVER!!

Food is consistent, tasty, and plentiful. Sign posted says, "Sorry for the longer wait. We're understaffed. " The staff that is there could be a tad bit more customer service oriented. BUT, I keep going back to their grumpy butts. SO who knows?

If I could give less I would, thee utmost unsanitary. I didn’t even eat the burrito they made because they were not taking sanitary precautions with hand washing and wearing gloves. I literally watched a women prep food without a glove and she wiped her hand with her arm. Gross. Young girl who made my burrito put on new gloves then contaminated them by going back to kitchen to do something and mind you she’s touching everything I’m putting on this thing (burrito), with those contaminated gloves. Put me in perspective to never eat out everywhere (or at all). Anyways, hope the management gets better or they put a chipotle in!Vegetarian options: My grandfather enjoyed it, I knew it was good, too bad I got grossed out on the preparation.

The manager working till 5pm on January 30th, 2023 needs demoted. I’ve never seen such rude person over an order that’s supposed to feed 4 people. She clocked out prior to a person coming in to order four items. Other people began filling in once her order for four items was being made, the manager gave a horrendous attitude and ended up telling the customer in the middle of the order that she needed to go to the back of the line during her order being made. The “Manager” then yelled at her and proceeded to walk out. I don’t know why you would hire someone into management who has no idea how to handle a simple process. It’s a shame she’s a manager.

Abusive leadership Angel is awful treats people horribly, has used racial slurs which everyone knows about and led to an associate quiting, has multiple times made food without gloves coughing and sneezing in her hands etc. Her and her son who violates about every rule he applies to others, they both treat young adults beyond poorly. My son worked there and had a terrible experience with these two. The store manager ally is great but seems to have her hands tied in dealing with angel. I first hand saw her threaten two young ladies jobs publicly in front of me when ordering. Her son recently left and was replaced with her nephew. I feel sorry for the staff and the fact the district manager ignores the issues. So much more I could list. Pathetic
