Went to the boardman, Ohio location. Server had an attitude. They were out of some ingredients. We ordered steak and paid for steak but what we got was a mixture of steak and ground beef. Tasted horrible. Most of the food went straight in the trash. Next time I’ll stick to Taco Bell instead.
Food is good and hot when picked up. Portion is decent. Pick up was at Heath
Need better training with management. Managers yell at employees very sad to see.
