Lately this restaurant can't seem to get it together. Order and pay on the app, get to the window and get sent to a parking spot to wait another 10 -15 minutes for the wrong food.
This is the best McDonald's I have ever gone to. The guy taking our order was super nice and friendly. Engaged and not distracted. The dining room was clean and festive. Flowers on the tables. Great experience.
Overall, consistently correct orders and efficient during busy hours. Drive-through is handled well, but inside orders tend to take far longer. During calmer hours, they are very slow, so I assume they have lower staff at those times. Out of the McDonald's in the area it is the best.
