Penn Station East Coast Subs

Waited in line for approximately 20 mins before I finally walked out and went to the burrito place across the parking lot. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or what, but they are super slow! Definitely my first and last visit.

We were helped with a Victor A., he helped us and was very kind and patient with us we were fumbling I used the wrong card a few times and added something and he was so patient with us. The good was also on point! Thank you guys!

By time you get the food it's hard to tell if it was good. At this points my fault I just can't come back. Takes a half hour to get anything even when you order ahead. Half the food is cold have is hot. Not worth the hassle. Wanted a refund after waiting 45 minutes and that didn't happen. Just my fault I guess for being a paying customer.

My husband’s sandwich was burnt and bitter. I Ordered a sandwich that was made completely wrong. I called and the manager said bring it back & they will replace it for me.. okay typical… easy enough. Not today apparently. Instead, my husband goes in to get it remade and the staff- including the manager, argued with my husband about how they didn’t mess up even though it was completely evident it was wrong when compared to the ticket. No apology, no concern, complete disregard. And they remade the food with spite and loaded it with so much mayo that I couldn’t even eat the remake- the bag and wrapper was soaked and dripping and the bread was soggy. This has been my comfort restaurant since I was a little kid so I know what the food is supposed to taste and look like and this is the worst visit I’ve ever had. Staff could benefit from retraining or some lessons on common courtesy. We definitely wasted $45 dollars tonight.

Just horrible cooking and terrible customer service. Not one apology for a recook that they missed up on and an inconvenience for them to remake it. Don’t go here unless you want to throw your money away

I've always liked Penn station's chicken teriyaki sub and this one is no different just as good.

I ordered a Dagwood with extra pepperoni and got charged for the extra meat, which is fine that is expected, the problem is I didn’t get it. I got about half the meat total that I get from any other penn station. When I walked in I got eye contact but no greeting from the manager. Eventually I got told “we will be right with you.” It took almost 10 minutes to even take my order and another almost 20 minutes to make it. The manager was texting on her phone and just came across as rude. I specifically asked for my sub to not be cut 3 times due to an allergy to both the manager and the guy making my sub and they cut it anyway. One of the worst experiences inside a penn station in a long time.

The food was good. Same as any Penn Station. However, the credit card reader was covered in grime/food particles. The pop machine buttons were the same. The baskets for food were gross as well, like they had not been cleaned in a long time. All the tables were dirty as well. If I go back to this location, it will be to go food and no drinks.

If you want a buffalo chicken sub that is 90% smelly old lettuce, this is the place to go

second time ordering their subs via uber eats. veal parm and BLT. The veal parm is good, but the BLT is outstanding. proportion of ingredients is perfect. will definitely repeat again very soon. give the workers a raise. they deserve it!

Was looking for a vegetarian option. They had the Artichoke sub, one of the best subs I ever had. Also, the fries were really hot and crisp. The wait time is literally a minute.

Dont do doordash from this place, made me wait 20 freaking minutes on an order while serving the dine in customers
