“I 20,000,000% recommend Condado Taco at The Greene because of their Manager Brooke. She is the most genuine person I know who cares about each one of her guests. I was just there this past weekend and not only was she managing, but she was also hosting, delivering food & drinks and putting out fires left and right. The food and drinks are incredible to begin with, but I’ll be back because of their Manager Brooke. Women in leadership positions are important and she’s a phenomenal example.“

“First of all, their frozen custard is better than any ice cream I’ve ever had. They offer 5-6 flavors every day in addition to their other menu items. I always notice that the young people who work there are very polite and professional. They know how to speak with adults, and their manners are excellent. When a mistake was made with one of my orders, the management went out of their way to make the situation right. The owners work hard every day to make their business what it is. They are to be commended.“

“We had lunch on Saturday and as usual all of our meals were delicious! Our server Karugu was fantastic!! Friendly, efficient, quick to refill our drinks with a great smile! We started off with pretzel bites, hot and delicious! Started off with cups of gumbo, perfect on a cold rainy day! Great soup loaded with shrimp, chicken and sausage. Then the 4 of us had deluxe pizza, a tuna melt, chicken quesadilla and the Italian sub. Everything was great. The pizza crust was crispy and light. Perfect!“

I ordered a white wine sangria which was actually only a white wine with a slice of orange and a slice of lime. I asked the server if I could get a couple of cherries and a splash of pineapple juice to make it actually a sangria and they charged me a dollar for it!!..same thing when I ordered a second one. My 15.00 chicken sandwich platter after adding a few extras..( cheese,bacon and buffalo sauce ) ended up costing a whopping $23.00. I never knew everything or anything that does not come with your meal is extra until I received the bill. FYI ala carte is a killer here.“

“Lock 27 is amazing! We are from California and stumbled across this hidden gem. We were actually going to bath and body works next door and saw that this brewery existed. We decided to stop by for a drink and to our surprise they also have food! Our waitress was Michelle, and she was just so lovely. Every month they change up the beer menu, so it’s always different. They have an amazing mustard/horseradish that pairs well with everything. If you’re looking for great beer, great food and great service, definitely stop by! I will be back again. “I perused some prior reviews and normally don't make comments but HAD to today. Today was the power outage 9/28/24. For over THREE HOURS this place had anywhere between 40-55 people in it. This is not a big place. I came because I had to no power at home to do my work. The staff handled it like absolute champs. The lady with brown hair and middle-aged at the register was efficient, professional, and stepped in to help with drinks if the rare moment presented. The entire working staff moved phenomenally quickly, even though wait times reached up to 30 minutes. With the number of drive-through orders, in-person orders, and delivery/pick up orders I can't believe they pulled it off. Unreal. I have to say, objectively, that my drink was a bit bitter and the cold foam was subpar, but overall acceptable, especially with the circumstances. People who complain with prior reviews likely just don't understand what these employees have to go through with the now-nationally-known issues the Company has, with so many moving parts with their drinks being a potential downfall. HOWEVER, the staff, in the face of all this, did mind-blowingly well. This staff also lets me enjoy my kids here sometimes and they are friendly and courteous. Well-freaking done, everyone. Keep treating your staff better, @Starbucks.“
