I placed my order on the app. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready. For some reason, they never received the order. The employee reviewed my order confirmation, apologized for the inconvenience, and started making it right away. The service was outstanding and the smoothie was delicious.

The smoothies are average/what you'd expect. Its conveniently located near the hotel I stayed at, so it was easy to place an online order then walk over to grab it. Upon entering the store, there was a very strong, off-putting odor. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I'd say it reminded me of a trash dumpster, which definitely ruined my appetite.
