Yesterday January 30th,i had my daughter go pick me up a Smoothie bowl,because I was getting ready for work.When she brought it back.It was so watered down I was pissed.So I called the store and told them about.And the employee couldn’t give me an answer as to why it was so watered down,when clearly she was there when it was made.I don’t know if I will even return to this store,maybe i will start going to Playa bowls.

The lady who works in the morning clearly doesn’t enjoy what she’s doing . Gives off that attitude like she’s to good . Also, you can see all these nats flying around , I’m assuming it’s from the fruits .

The smoothies are average/what you'd expect. Its conveniently located near the hotel I stayed at, so it was easy to place an online order then walk over to grab it. Upon entering the store, there was a very strong, off-putting odor. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I'd say it reminded me of a trash dumpster, which definitely ruined my appetite. Had I gone in to place my order, I would've left, but given that I ordered online, I had no way of knowing prior. I hope they can fix this going forward.

Tried ordering and asking about menu items while being interrupted by the staff making videos on their phones at the register. Then waited longer than necessary as only one of the four workers made our two items while they continued to check and laugh about these said videos.

I placed my order on the app. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready. For some reason, they never received the order. The employee reviewed my order confirmation, apologized for the inconvenience, and started making it right away. The service was outstanding and the smoothie was delicious.

Smoothies were excellent, but the service was not friendly at all. It was our first time in, the girls helping us were silent, and didn’t smile once. They seemed upset the whole time and then I asked if she was having a good day and she said a quick uh huh and gave me my receipt. It was actually a bit uncomfortable and unfortunate being our first time. We will give it another try.

Rude teenager with lip piercings was VERY rude and not welcoming.. made it a point to give me a look like I was stupid when I asked a simple question about the menu. Fire this kid immediately or move them to the back where the don't have to ruin your customers day.

I walked into this location to place an order and made a discovery that their card reader was still down after two weeks. I tried to place a mobile order but missed the 30 minute cut off, so I tried to pay in store with the same card that I always use to place my mobile order with, and it would not go through on their system, I even tried to punch the numbers in as well, that did not work. So all of the girls pretty much had no explanation as to why my transaction could not be processed. So when I asked to speak to a manager and try to get this sorted out, the manager just shrugged her shoulders and walked away from the register which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to someone who was just trying to get something sorted out. I understand technical difficulties happen, but for no one to have any kind of reason, or explanation, or even to just be of service to be helpful, I don’t think I will be returning to this coming again, especially when there are 3 other smoothie companies around you guys. Will definitely be taking my money else where, and to a company who has employees that actually know how to run their job.

Smoothies are great.The employees and atmosphere? Sucks. Below subpar. There are two girls in particular who have a serious attitude problem. Clearly very annoyed that they actually have to work at their *job*. Nothing makes you want to return to a business less than terrible customer service. No hello, welcome, thanks for coming, have a good day. It's a disgruntled "What do you want" and pushing the smoothie over the counter before walking away without a word.
