“Love the smoothies and the food. The customer service needs a bit of work. I ordered curbside and let them know as I walked in. The young lady said "we are just waiting on the smoothies." She walks away to tell the workers in the back. A young lady responds with "they are just going to have to wait." When I heard that, I was disappointed as there was no comment needed or at least say it so the customer can't hear or see you say it. I go to the Beavercreek location a couple times a month.“

I walked in there on a Saturday afternoon at 11:52 and ordered 25 large smoothies and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Everything was nicely packed up, sat down in ice and they helped me to my car, they’re awesome. I definitely will be back for my large orders.“

“We are thankful that Narco Burger had that little mishap with the signage on the abandon cleaners building across the street, If not for that we would have never known much about them. Shortly after that episode, we called and ordered lunch, OMG...they were really really good. I'm not a hamburger person at all, I just happened to have a craving, We were not disappointed. “Decent place, but I have one issue. Please stop slicing all your wraps in half. Most of the time it's not even cut through all the way so I have to tear it, spilling what's insides everywhere. I know it's a trend and everyone is doing it, but it's stupid. What's the point? Do people on average have a preference for food cut in half? Why is this a thing? Not everything needs to be sliced, please stop this or at least put an option on the app for people to request it not to be sliced.“

“I stop in occasionally; But after trying a product of yours, was a positive. in fact I will be stopping in to get more of it. I'd caught what I think was the flu, though I have not been medically diagnosed. Symptoms itchy throat, low fever that progressed to high fever, body aches and pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches, cough congestion, no appetite, etc. I was just too sick to drive myself to the hospital. I'm going to the urgent care tonight to see where I'm at with this. On Friday my brother was sent to the store to get me some nutrients and medicines. He also came back with a bottle of Premixed Super Tonic; I thank God for this product that you've made Mr. Poole. Because, I feel much better. My fever has dropped, and I'm eating light, and I'm up out the bed, stirring around. My brother wasn't bothered about my flu Symptoms, and his reply , why, was. "Oh, I'm good sis, I take a dose of My Super Tonic daily; My whole family at home was sick as a dog, but, I'm good". Well, at that moment I added to my list of items to get this Super Tonic. I will come in next time and buy it myself. I drink Nestle Water, however, I'm seeing that you have a brand that's good for your health, too. The other 2 employees didnt even acknowledge anyone and one guy was on a cell phone. I mean he was working but still optics. Smoothies tasted great.“

“This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe as I went for lunch with 3 friends who had been there on prior days. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of smoothies from which to choose, plus finding out that any ingredient is able to added or subtracted per individual taste. They also have numerous wraps or salads; all very healthy options. I didn't order a Smoothie, but ordered a grilled chicken wrap, removing an item that I'm sensitive to and don't eat. The manager was very helpful with her recommendations including knowledge of ingredients that helped with some dietary limitations. She was very polite, yet personable. A great mixture of business-sense and nice customer service. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable; as we chose to eat in their dining room. It was a pleasant and delicious lunch together. We would go there again in the future.“
