This location is amazing! I order several smoothies a week from them and occasionally get lunch too. On Monday evening, the staff told my husband to say hello to me even though they only know my name from the orders through the app. Today, my order was made incorrectly and when I called to let them know, the manager, April, went above and beyond to make it right. Love this place been going to tropical for 8 years now. Just really wish you guys would start sending out the paper coupons or give them out again. The prices have went up extremely high, and with the rewards program you have to spend hundreds just to get a free smoothie. Just wish you guys would do something about this for customers.
