We ordered catering. We portion sizes for the meat was woefully small. It was about half as much as what we expected. We had to call another local restaurant to quickly supplement the meal. I have always loved Rusty Taco but would not recommend their catering service.

Actually some of the worst tacos I've ever had, almost made me sick. $5.00 per taco, and they were fridge cold. I got two chicken fajita tacos, I was served them cold; if you showed me video proof that the chicken and vegetables were made to order or even heated to order, I wouldn't believe you. The chicken was flavorless, I bit into my chicken fajita taco and it was sweet , probably from the chicken only seasoned with paprika soaking in the fajita vegetables cooked the night before. My entire group only had negative things to say about the food other than the queso.
The service has always been fantastic. I was a little skeptical of the menu change at first, but the things I’ve had so far have been great. I’m always glad I came!

This third time I have had Rusty Taco and it was not something I would return to. I ordered the bierra tacos and they have so much cinnamon on it it almost tasted like cinnamon toast crunch. If that's the way it is supposed to taste good on y'all but shouldn't the beef be the star? It was too much for me so my wife gave me her Dynamite shrimp taco which was OKAY. The wife and oldest son had the Baja shrimp and it was very unseasoned. The younger kids had the breakfast tacos and they said they were ok. The steak in the breakfast tacos were very chewy. I always thought that Rusty's could compete with a chain like Torchy's taco but today you were miles if not worlds away from their tacos. Keep it simple and use spices wisely. I'm probably going to pass y'all by until you step up your game.

My boyfriend and I both got the dynamite shrimp tacos and they are our favorites! Super fresh with just a little heat🔥 also got the queso and chips and it was delicious! 10/10 recommend the strawberry marg!
