Waited at least 15 minutes after I paid for an over fried chicken sandwich and chili cheese tots that didn't have any chili on it. These people can't do their job simple as that. I wanna say more lol. DO NOT GO THERE

I sent my fiancé to this sonic as I was busy and my SIL placed an online order for pickup through the app for him to pick up as well. My fiancé got to the store and signed into her account on the app and checked in. I went through the drive thru FOUR times and it took me 40 minutes to get them to give me my online order. The man in the window continuously told me someone already picked it up through DoorDash. I did not place this order on DoorDash, I showed him my order on the app and showed that it still said pickup. After getting a woman to the window they finally gave me my order to correct them handing my order to a DoorDash driver. As the man handed him my order he said “the DoorDash driver gave this specific name (even though he didn’t know the name) so I know that was a screenshot and you wanted free food” and then cut me off before I could finish my sentence and said “have a good day” and slammed the window in my face. I will be calling corporate about this

I stopped here on 10/25/2025 for 2 ice creams. It was around 9pm and they were slow. There was an employee wandering the parking lot with a flashlight - no idea why. It took longer than what I would consider normal to get our order, but nothing eventful besides that. The milkshake was the worst I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t suck it through the straw, and the weight felt “off”. I came home and found 3 inches of whipped cream covering about a scoop of unblended ice cream and some scoops of diced strawberries in the bottom - it was inedible. I called, and Lily was dismissive and aloof. Read the reviews. I should have. I won’t be back to this location.

The store closed early with no signage at the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru for several minutes with no one responding at the speaker. I called the store and they rudely stated they closed early and refused to fulfill the online order.

This is my second time stopping here while being in the area, since they tore the one down in west carrollton. The last time I went I ordered an ocean water, it was all carbonation, the cup was leaking everywhere, and they forgot to give me my pretzel. Just tonight I get to where I’m going and realize my BLT has no bacon so now I don’t even want to eat it. I’m more upset that I’ve been craving sonic all week and it’s a little drive from my house. I can say the workers are very kind, but it’d be nice if someone could get my order correct for once.
