Visited on May 22, 2025. They were only working the drive thru so we tried ordering through the app to do a pick up and we got all our food put into the app but it didn’t work so we left.
My dad and I inhaled 2 double cheeseburgers! They were very very good!
This location has gone downhill so much in the last few years. They only do mobile orders and drive-thru. The last 4 times that I have tried to place a mobile order, there has been an error stating technical difficulties, which leads me to believe that they don’t take those anymore. I never have issues on the mobile ordering at any other location. The food here is decent (when they make it correctly and give me all my components to my order), but it is not worth the trouble in ordering here anymore. Service is so slow and the atmosphere at this location is just sad now. I will not recommend this one to anyone anymore, in fact I’ve been telling friends and family to stay away from this one.
Terrible experience. Got my order completely wrong. And the old woman at the windows was rude and found it inconvenient to get my sauces for me, will never go back there again
We stopped going to Sonic near our hometown because it was such terrible food, but we stopped by here and had the most amazing hamburger and onion rings. Food was delivered quickly and was hot and fresh. Highly recommend
First time there fantastic food
Disappointing experience today. Placed a mobile order and waited over 25 minutes for the food to be brought out. The location didn't look busy, and multiple employees came out for breaks during that time. When I went through the drive thru, the food was immediately brought out, meaning it had been sitting there for 25 minutes. Got home with cold food and melted shakes.
Rude drive thru servers.
Can they get anything right? I ordered a combo meal with tots, got fries. Ordered a corn dog with mustard, no mustard. The receipt said 3 packets of ketchup, there was none. I’m surprised they got the burger right.
literally the worst, waited 8 minutes just to get a response to our order. no kindness. not even a hello when they opened the window.

I've literally gone to this sonic 4 times. And I've never been served. The first time, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through only to get to the speaker, and they told me that their system was down and told me to order online. Which I didn't do because all I wanted was 2 slushy. And I wasn't going to wait 20 more minutes to get them. The 2 and 3d time I went, I waited and waited and waited for anyone to greet me and take my order, and no one ever did. Both times, I was the only person there. All I ever wanted was a slushy, the final attempt at going here. Someone finally acknowledged me and told me to take a look at the menu, and they never got back to me. After around 5 minutes, I gave up and left. If I could rate 0, I would. The good news is to any fellow slushy people, they have a really good selection of slushy at Sheetz right up the street.
Do yourself a favor don't bother wasting your time. Just go to sheetz.
I wouldn't trust doing an online order at this location due to the fact that employees ignore customers, and it might take forever to get your order if you can get an employee to actually help you. I don't see how this place stays in business.
Waited 40 minutes for my food. Then got home and still was missing all of my sides. The only saving grace was the lady working there was understanding at first, but then my wife went back up to get the sides she was given a hard time. Not the best location to go to. Recommend you find another one.
I waited 20 minutes past the pickup time for food that was ordered online while at least 20 cars went through the line. Finally an order is brought out to me, it has my receipt stapled to it, yet when my passenger opened the bag it is the wrong food and is cold. Total waste of time and money.
When they actually have things in stock the food/drinks are fine but I’ve tried coming here probably 5 or 6 times in the last few weeks and every single time their ice cream machine “doesn’t work” or they are “out of CO2” so no drinks or their system is “down” and they can only except cash. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Like I wanna give y'all my business but you’re out of everything ALL THE TIME.
This place doesn't even deserve the single star. I placed an order through the mobile (which is an utter joke on its own) at 8:45. Checked into one of the mobile order only stalls at 8:50 and waited 15 minutes before an employee came out saying they didn't have something I ordered. After getting a substitution, I proceeded to wait another 45 mins without receiving my order. All the while, multiple cars were pulling into the other stalls, trying to order, and being met with an extremely rude lady over the speaker telling them that they had to go through the drive-thru. I even heard her fighting with another customer over their mobile order. She was a complete witch and should not being working in a customer facing role if she can't speak respectfully to the people that are providing her paycheck. I left after hearing that and had to call support to refund my order. This is the third time I've had to wait 45-60 mins and left with no food. What an absolute joke of a location and management!
