While the food is good, they are chronically understaffed and take forever to fulfill orders and sometimes forget to bring it to you if you are pickup. At least they are nice and apologetic but whoever owns this franchise needs to hire more people.
I used to really enjoy sonic , but lately the food has not been the same. The Customer service was great 👍 ,and employees were super friendly. I ordered a mobile order and the food was not that great tots had a after taste of old oil, frittos pie the chips were stale , my chill dog was not warm enough I tired it give another chance but now idk. My son's breakfast burrito was cold and the egg didn't taste good at all. The good things from our order were the fries...
