Toya…Toya….Toya… way above average customer service. She help me decide what to order and then noticed that she wasn’t that busy and to bring it to my room. I called back down, asking for additional waters, and she came delivering everything with a smile. There are not many people working in the world with such dedication and such a great attitude and their service. I appreciate her so much, the food was also excellent.
This is a good hotel and well-located near the Nutter Center. I just didn't feel it was an especially good value. At ~ 180$ per night, breakfast not included, only one cup of coffee provided unless I asked, it seemed pricey. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly.
This hotel has recently been renovated and it looks really nice. It is a pity that the elevators have not been renovated as they are still very slow and old. I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it, but this time I think they are clearly struggling to get staff, as often there was a wait in the mornings for coffee/breakfast, as the staff were also working the front desk.
