Beer was great. Food was not. I had brisket. I think it had been in the warmer to long and turned to mush. I never knew it was possible to overcook brisket without burning. It had a nice flavor and good bark. At one time it probably was a really good brisket.What service? There is no table service. You need go to the bar to order beer and food. When food is ready you need to go to a window and pick it up.The beer made up for the other short comings.

The Old Quaker Steak & Lube! From the ease of the "Open Table Reservation" to the quality service, to the food; I can't say enough about the excellent experience! The staff was extremely accommodating to our kiddos (twin girls) and personable- felt valued as customers. The fried pickles, cheese curds and the Wandering friend chicken sandwich were delicious! Great atmosphere and music too. Thanks Wandering Griffin!

super weird concept, sit where you want, order at the bar. the bartender does not bring your drinks to you nor your food. which is fine, but i wouldn’t have tipped 20% if i had known i would be doing the servicing myself. basically a steak n shake with better quality food. the sides are super small, not sure what’s going on there but i don’t even know if a toddler would be satisfied with the amount they give you. remember coming before covid and this place was bustling with a crew that served you. now you have a bartender and a bare boned kitchen staff. i can see this place going under soon unfortunately.
My gal and I were in town for a Rodeo. This place was right down the street from our hotel. We tried it and were not disappointed. The pulled pork was absolutely phenomenal. The pizza I had was the same.After we got home I noticed a potential billing issue. I contacted the place and Christie had called me back right away. She explained what the most probable issue was. She was absolutely right and very professional and polite. It was not the Brewery's fault at all and it was taken care of.I would absolutely go there again and definitely would get the pulled pork!

Well, this was my third time getting food from here. My first two was good nothing too crazy but the aesthitc is soothing. However I ordered to-go tonight and had my family try it and we were left disappointed. The kids food was okay not worth the $$$. My wife complained that her pork tasted off and I told her that's what smoke meat taste like. Once I tried it, it tasted like the meat was sitting in an ashtray (don't recommend) I normally get burgers so I got that again but my medium burger was cooked well done and the lettuce was welted. To top it all off they forgot my our sides of mac and cheese and coleslaw. I tried to call but their phones are off.Attached is the picture of my "medium " burger.

Cafeteria dining. They don't manage there seating so customers who have paid are left to wonder around and wait for a seat to open up. Tables aren't wiped down between customers. Food is ok, but not worth all the confusion.

This review comes after visiting every Tuesday or Wednesday for the last 6-8 weeks with my work crew. Great reward perks, and Tuesdays are double points and discounted drafts. Service is always improving, one bar tender works three registers on the days we visit.But our food experience has been inconsistent. I always order my burger Medium Rare from this place and have consistently been disappointed with getting a well done result. Just don’t ask the customer how they want their burger cooked, it gives an illusion that we have a choice when we don’t.One experience: two of us order the Fish and Chips, one was soft fried and one was over fried. We switched plates at the table but at the price point, the food should be consistent?! Today’s choice was 10 smoked wings ($17), one wing was completely burnt black. I don’t send food back, nor do I ask to speak to a manager… hopefully this review will help managers or the owner to oversee food prep and improve the food consistently.

Self serve brewery with a large menu. You seat yourself and then place orders for food and beer at the bar. We ordered the Cuban, the French Dip, and fish tacos. The food was all good, but the portions were on the smaller size, especially the sides.There were some hits and misses on the beer, but I did really enjoy their Dunkel.

Fresh and delicious IPAs on tap BUT! On a Sunday at 5pm for dinner was very disappointing. Lukewarm traditional wings , shorted my order , my Wife’s burger was cooked beyond welldone when med. well was requested and the fried cheesecake was aGorden Foods item and not what is described on the menu . We were first time customers and will give them one more try on a different day and time . Do better Griffin .
