We used to frequent this establishment often but we haven't been in 6 or months. Decided to have lunch there today. The meat has changed, bread was really dry and crumbly. It's so dirty in there. The pop machine was nasty, ice wasn't working, tables hadn't been wiped off, the trash by the front door was absolutely gross. It needed wiped off, the front door had what looked like food or drink spilled all over the door and handle. It was not busy in there. The one worker was just standing there while the other made the food. That place needs and overhaul.

The woman cashier in red sinclair shirt is not good. You ask her for something and it is like pulling teeth. She is just not good at customer service. Tables left dirty. And just doesn’t want to provide quality service. Better off at subway and it’s at least cheaper too. Food was very average.

First time here... In a nutshell: don't recommend this location... Lots of workers but all the tables are dirty. Here during lunch and it's not even busy at 12:00-1220 (time I was here). Agree with comments about ordering being confusing. But once you get the hang of it, it's not a big deal. The ice machine was janky and I had a really hard time dispensing ice. Staff just watched as I struggled and when I asked then they proceeded to act... by coming out with a spatula (nasty looking) to turn the ice. I ordered a super sized French dip and they only gave me half a container of au jous. Biggest thing was after half way through my sandwich, they had loaded so much horse radish that my au jous was just a mix of the two. The roast beef was cold. The bread and toppings were fine. The sandwich was long but skinny... I don't feel like they skimped on meat or toppings though. Overall, not recommended.

Decent food, not the best ingredients around the area, but still good. The bread is light and "airy" which is a nice touch. Wicked Wednesday deal is a good deal for a decent sandwich.

I stopped by Witch Wich on a Sunday afternoon while out running errands. I was planning to get it yo go, but I changed my mind when I saw the welcoming environment and semi comfortable seating. I was immediately greeted and asked if I'd ever been there before. I think it was probably obvious that I hadn't because I walked right up to the counter, which is not how it's done. It's pretty cool, actually. You walk over to a table on the right and fill out a bag with your name and order on it. With my dairy allergy, I was advised to write that directly on the bag. That bag became my order ticket and the bag my sandwich was put in! Cool, right? Especially for my dairy allergy! Anyway, I ordered the California Club with water and fries. I was immediately impressed by how quickly the food was done. The fries were served in a cup with foil over it, which kept them super hot. I ate half of them before I even touched my sandwich because they were so good and hot. When I tried my sandwich, I had two problems. 1. They forgot the avacado and 2. The bread was quite crispy, but that might be personal preference. A very kind employee offered to remake the sandwich for me, but of course, I told them that wasn't necessary. They could just give me the avacado, and that worked fine. All in all, I'll probably give back. They had a great allergy menu online and a lot of different kinds of sandwiches. I might ask for the bread to be lightly toasted though.

Overpriced and underwhelming. I ordered for the first time tonight and it will be the last.I ordered a hot Turkey sub and a side of fries. 12 bucks for a small sub that had two measly slices of Turkey on it and also undercooked fries. I got ranch with the fries and I couldn’t even eat the ranch. It tasted cheap and disgusting. Never again. Next time I’ll go to Penn Station or Jimmy Johns. Cheaper and much more appetizing.
