THIS WAS THE WORST MCDONALD'S AT A PILOT (or anywhere) EVER! First... they took forever to make the food. Bunch of us just in the lobby waiting while the workers are in the back talking about they "baby daddy". Next when the food came out my drink was wrong and the lady acted like it was my fault when I asked for it to be corrected. This is the worst McDonald’s in USA. They were very rude with me when I told them I wanted a refund on order I placed. Charged me for a large meal when I told the lady at the counter I wanted medium sized. They were saying bad things behind the counter about me requesting a refund. What a shame on the management here they don’t respect their customers. They should close this place or fire the employees who practice bad behavior. So my wife's chicken sandwich had half of a chicken patty and a chicken nugget with only 2 slices of pickle, it was supposed to be a regular mccrispy sandwich. My mcdouble no pickle had the ketchup all over the outside of the sandwich. And the best part was we were only the third car total there and it took us over 25 minutes to get served garbage.
