Come check out the girls on Miles Rd., Regina and Aliysha these girls are on their jobs. I love them.

First time customer, liked it! Got drinks and a great cookie.

From the point of pulling up to place my order to actual order
(Large latte and bagel with egg and cheese) It took a total of 21 minutes. There was one car at the window being handed their order and one car placing an order when I pulled up. McDonald's next door had a line around the building when I pulled up with only 2 cars left by the time I left bigby.

I’ve been a Starbucks girl for DECADES! I’m now officially a BIGGBY GIRL thanks to this awesome location! I do sugar free and in addition to the regular flavors, they have SF MOCHA & SF CARAMEL!! Made this girl VERY happy! Now I just need to figure out how to preorder on the app! ☕️❤️

This location never disappoints. Customer service is always amazing, order was served to us in a timely fashion. And the cashier’s knowledge of the menu was on point. She answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions

This was my 3rd time getting Biggby coffee, the first 2 were at the Shaker Heights location. I was disappointed because I spent $55 getting 2 butter bears, 2 Carmel marvels, 2 reg coffee and 2 strawberry shortcake iced drinks. The problem was I could only identify the 2 strawberry! The other 6 drinks all tasted the same and were unlabeled! I bragged on the specialty drinks and wanted to share with family but that didn't happen 😕 none of the drinks tasted good like what I was used to.

Always takes forever. I just waited 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel.

The coffee lacks the robust flavor that you will find at much other shops but does pick up for it in the after taste and the caffeine content,

Went back, they forgot my Whipped Cream. I'm slightly upset at that!

Stopped by this establishment to purchase a quick breakfast and beverage before I went into work. Total DISASTER ! I ORDERED a COOKIES AND CREAM FREEZE. I did not receive what I payed for. Which I did not have any cookies and cream. No fudge drizzle. So I went back the doors were locked and a sign stating closing at 2 due to staff shortage. I went back through the drive through blew my horn for about 2 min she finally came to the window and I asked why my drink looked like this. At the bottom was whole Cooke chunk but not mixed through. I asked was the blender broken she laughed. I’ve been to other locations and this is unacceptable.
