I was picking up door dash orders. Upon my arrival I was not greeted coming into the store. When I requested the order for the customer the cashier snarled her face at me and told me the order was not ready. Other guests came into the store and she was able to get them their food and drink with no problem. I would have been understanding that it was only two people working but her attitude was very unpleasant. I had received another order while still waiting on the first order. I was trying to inform her but again she had an attitude and stated to me that it wasn’t ready. I stated to her that I was just informing her that her other online order I would be picking up as well. She was so irritated. I spent almost 30 minutes waiting which drops my performance as a dasher.

Rude. No customer service. Charged me for whip cream and wouldn’t put on my latte. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Need mature employees.

Only a drive-thru, and the lane is extremely tight. The employees always seem pleasant, and the drinks are typically very tasty, but they are extremely overpriced. This location has a ⭐bucks and DD both across the street, and they overprice the other two by $1-2 per drink depending on size.

They have awesome lattes since their espresso is top notch and they have many flavors so you won’t ever get bored.

I don't know how they screwed up an order so bad ordered & paid for a sausage egg & bagel & a large hot chocolate. Received a plain bagel & coffee

While the food and drinks at Biggby Coffee are consistently good, the service at the Bedford location has been extremely disappointing. Over the past month, I have visited several times and, without fail, have waited more than 30 minutes just to receive my food. This level of delay is unacceptable for a coffee shop and makes it very difficult to justify returning. The long wait times overshadow the quality of the product, which is frustrating as a customer who otherwise enjoys what Biggby has to offer.

This is my first time trying this and my bagel that was turkey with cheese was excellent hot and fresh. The drink I ordered was a strawberry Red Bull mixed drink is great. Customer service was excellent. I went through the drive-through had no problem. Was able to pay get my food, fresh and keep going right on work. I appreciate places like this. I will be back. I took pictures, but you don’t have a slot on here on the reviews for it

I got a Butter Bear; a heavenly match of caramel and butterscotch. I was excited for that flavor bomb to explode on my taste buds, only to be let down by the underwhelming lackluster liquid one might call coffee. ::sigh::
In a pinch, it's coffee and it wasn't the worst. However, with life already ripe of disappointment, it's not a place I'd willingly choose to subject myself to again given another option.
